I think you would have to have a consistent swing to know if they would help or not. I don’t have a consistent swing, working on it.

I've been looking into a probably overlooked aspect of ground reaction force... the surface hardness. If you are standing on a soft surface, then GRF will be lower. Ideally for Long Drive, you are on thin astroturf covering hard wood, steel, or concrete. But if you are standing on said surface and your shoes have super soft soles, you will not achieve the same GRF. Now with regards to this shoe, the tech seems similar to Athalonz and Squairz, BUT.. i am intrigued by the carbon fiber on the sole... it could help create a firmer surface to raise GRF. Ideally you would have a firm sole like with titanium or carbon fiber and then be hitting off thin Turf glued onto wood or concrete... for purposes of maximizing ground reaction force. Great video.

Interesting! Might take a look at them as my Ecco Goretex golf shoes have started to let a bit of water in. I do have a personal issue with the comment "that was a bad one" and it goes 325 yards :( In my dreams.

Never really thought about the shoes as a help in adding distance, I've a pair of Footjoys superlites xp and they're very comfortable, that would be my main goal, interesting video and wasn't expecting a difference to be honest.

As a senior golfer, I'm more into comfort rather than what will make me hit the ball further. I have had over the years, Stubart, Adidas and Footjoy, but a new pair of Skechers are great for what I need. Great video though Bry.

Bought a pair of nike air zoom tours towards the end of this season and love em! Not a massive fan of the price tag and the fact that the cleats arent replaceable, but theyre damn comfy and havent slipped once. Just curious to see how long they last...

G’Day Bry A test on the golf course would be the true test as we all have to deal with vary lies and if this shoe gives us more stability I currently use FJ’s and find them very comfortable and have never thought a shoe could add distance to my game but they maybe a game changer Robert 👍🏻🇦🇺

Wow! I go for comfort and fit first. Never thought about improved performance. I think they would work at elite & pro golf level where small margins help. For me I always swing at 85-90 mph so 1% won't make too much difference. Great video and subject Bry

I seem to hit the ball a lot further when I'm wearing my wife's high heels. They give great grip in the bunkers aswell. Give it a try Bry

No, I wouldn't buy them. I tried spikeless shoes and my back started to hurt. Switched back to spiked shoes and now, no more pain. Also, I like the boa lacing system. No more tying my shoes.
