A 3 day backpacking trip to the Palisades Lakes in Eastern Idaho. Swan Valley is located near Yellowstone National Park. On this hiking trip I met a stranger and set out during heavy rains and flash floods to find Upper Palisades lake. Rumored to be filled with Cutthroat Trout, we camped for two nights along the banks, fishing, hiking, camping, hanging out. It never stopped raining.
