The fish with the missing fins appear to be stocked as well as the first fish with the unnatural looking tail.

@@kingsleyzissou2356 definitely. They did a fish kill a few years back and reintroduced the cutthroat back into the river. I’d guess that all but the smallest fish have been stocked in here.

Definitely no lodging nearby! Camping in the Rio Costilla park section outside of the park, as well as 2 campgrounds further into the park
