No, not a scam, they are big company and ordered many item from them. Though shipping delays, but item what I found on their website was not available else where.
Bought a smart watch from them for $400, the purchase was emotional without checking the reviews of this seller. Later, when I started reading the reviews, I was shocked! Thought, well, no watch and no money. But no, the product was delivered in two weeks in Kazakhstan, safe and sound.
There are a lot of bad reviews and I don’t know where they’re coming from. Maybe their orders were delayed? I’ve been lucky as all my orders have been delivered. Late, but delivered nonetheless.

@@Matrixsurviverscast1 I’m not endorsing the company, only sharing my experience. So far, all of my orders were delivered. Sometimes delayed, but I was never scammed.
@@ialman I placed my order on 8th of October 2022. Till this day, they are still “investigating the issue and will resolve it ASAP”. No matter what I write to them I get the same response. It is either truly a scam or the customer service is run by brain damaged monkeys. I am leaning towards a scam.

I was wondering why the dhl express option was cheaper option than the Phil post option, have any ideas? I ordered just now (June 9) and it says it will arrive on June 11-14, from your many experiences in purchasing from TradeINN, will it arrive on these dates or beyond the estimated date of arrival of the parcel? Wow. Good on you! I’ve purchased from Trekkinn 5 times and I’ve only used the DHL option once just to try it. Always DHL was more expensive. Maybe the prices have changed. I’ll try again.
@@ialman Thank you sir for the quick response! What I’ve noticed is that if the item cost around ₱8K and above, the DHL express shipping option is much cheaper. I tried checking some items that is relatively same on that price range and all of them shows that the dhl express has the cheaper shipping cost than the Phil post.
That's interesting. I've never purchased a single item that costs more than Php8K -- it's always lots of small items that at cost less than Php10K altogether. Thanks for this tip.
It depends where you're shipping them to. In the Philippines, you can have something shipped directly to you as long as it's under Php10,000, tax free. Anything above that and they'll charge customs duties. Which is very expensive.
@@cxtpace good question. It’s only the value of the item or items and does not include the shipping fee. Last month I just had a pair of shoes arrive and it was around 9800, but the total bill was just over 11k. No taxes were charged.
Thank you so much for this. Honestly, nagtatyaga lang ako sa Shopee and lazada kasi there are some items naman na available pero nakakangilo yung presyo. I have been looking at some Sea to Summit na items sa shopee and lazada at halos 100-150% yung increase minsan pa nga mas mahal pa. I did my best to avoid Trekkinn kasi hindi naman ako familiar but since this video and knowing na nakakapagship sila sa Philippines, it made me so happy. I have been trying to get all my backpacking gear set up doon sa two apps but this just made it easier kasi maraming brands na hindi available dito sa atin ang available sa kanila! Happy to have been of service. Just remember that each shipment should cost less than Php 10k, otherwise you’ll be charged an exorbitant amount of customs fees. It happened to me once. I exceeded the maximum by less than 1k, but I was charged almost half the cost of the item. Expensive mistake.
Tradeinn/Bikeinn is actually legit my only problem is that when I select the regular delivery in which they deliver via local postal is so much slow specially here in PH (my top record is 73 days) so I now always select delivery via DHL even though cost is much higher >_< "pikit mata nalang" but its delivered in almost 2 weeks only and what I like the most, there's no dent in the boxes unlike in our local postal, boxes were always bugbog hehe.
Wow. That is a record. I've never had to wait that long. Also because I monitor the shipments on a daily basis. I've tried DHL only once as proof of concept, and yes, it just takes 2 weeks. But PhlPost is less than half the price so if I'm not in a hurry, I'm OK with EMS. But yes, service sucks though, even with this new home delivery service.
Three months ago, I did not receive the shipment And I sent them dozens of emails, I want a refund And unfortunately They don't want a refund Three months and their only response will be an investigation with the transport company I do not know what to do

Problem I've got with them is i order some snow boots from them. They were late so I decided to send them back. Payed $99 for them. Went to print the return label and they charging me $60 for a return label then I got to pay shipping and handling back to Europe. I'll never use this site again.

Yeah. Lots of complaints. I had my doubts as well before making my first purchase, but so far, I’ve received all of my orders, and I’ve placed at least five since the start of the pandemic.
Did my first purchase last week thru RunnerInn. Ordered on Dec. 29, 2022. Products arrived in great condition on Jan. 02, 2023 (4 days). I cannot ask for more. I ordered from Saudi Arabia and products came from Spain, so 4 days is better than expected.
