Id say hes top 15 now, maybe 10 but thats still pretty good since he probably wasnt even top 30 before his zenkai, hes been dodging me recently and hes only at 6 stars

Heres the thing i think he's good but really is reliant on skill which is how he was a little while after he released. But my biggest problem is that he card draw speed is locked behind a grn card and without a team for grns they are rare as hell. I just wish he got a permanent level in his passive skills and just making the grn card unable to stack draw speed.

hmm thats a tuff call, maybe Rose because he would pair really well with UVB (if he comes) and since ur UGB is already 8 stars. But you can go either way, just dont spend too much on them
