How good is the Mavic 3 Thermal Camera? We've set up a search mission where a target hides on heathland and we tried and locate them using both visible and Thermal Drone camera's.
Can we find them....
Filmed on DJI Mavic 3t drone.

c'mon man we all know it can find a heat signature out in the open... do a proper test under trees, under brush, under thick scrub, plastered in mud, submerged in stream. You're rarely ever going to find a target just sitting out in the open like that and you know that as well I do. Be it military, hunting deer or Search & Rescue... we want proper tests!!!

Interesting and strait to the point/content. 👍 I've seen people using emergency thermal blankets etc to hide their heat signature from thermal cameras with both success and failure. You could certainly take this video more in depth and test various means of heat concealment. It would also show perhaps what to look for when a subject is trying to conceal themselves. Sub number 36 for you and I hope to see you pass the 1000 mark and on quickly.
