I’m afraid after receiving live in melbourne email that provide detail regarding ur location,arrival date etc. I’ve signed declaration of victoria which states that u must live in victoria. Good Evening Sir, Hii sir staying in ACT from last 6 years. My 491 visa got granted on 9/12/22 and my wife 491 visa got granted on 24/07/23. I was planning to move from ACT to other designated regional areas. I emailed to ACT migration regarding this and i got reply on this topic. I am concerned whether i can move to other designated regional areas or not. If yes, does ACT obligations will gonna impact on my 491 or 191 visa in future.

My final grades are released on 7th of July and just want to know that I had an word with university and they are asking me to take a “Leave of Absence” for 3 months where I required only 20-25 days while my on-going studies. If they are approving my leave of absence then after 25 days when I return back. Can I enter into Australia without breaching any visa conditions?? Please help me asap. Little bit concerned about current situation rather than extending visa and all this process. Moreover, if university is approving leave for 25 days then can I enter back while my on-going studies? Hello, You don't need to worry about that. As long as you are following the legal process and not violating any university conditions, there won't be any problems. You can come back after 10 days or 25 days, it's up to you because you have the legal leave certificate from your university. So all good no worries at all. One of my friends decided to take a six-month break from his studies (after approval from the University) and went overseas for only three weeks. Surprisingly, he had no issues at all when returned back to Australia. Don’t forget to subscribe my channel.

Iam planning to come within 1 year and work for 3 years and then apply to 191. Main goal is to become and Australian citizen. But my question is my 491 is valid for 5 years. I will come in 1 year and work for 3 years. 4 years completed then I'll apply for 191 but if the processing time is long and 491 is about to expire what options do I have to continue my stay till the 191 is granted
