I totally agree with ALLAH’S ayaats regarding women should get education and teach their kids instead of being employees of some other men or working outside! I personally was working and quit due to kids' responsibilities, and I found more peace and attachment towards my kids instead of being in constant pain in my workplace!

Allah pre assigned the role of woman and man, the more we follow those guidelines the more peace we will have, my opinion as a mother I would never want to go and do job leaving kids alone.

If the circumstances are such, then having a profession is required and necessary for a female. It was extremely hard for me as a working mother with my first born. I willingly chose to stay at home and raise the rest of my kids after the guilt of working with my first born. Also, having a degree doesn’t necessarily mean that one has to work. A woman’s first priority has to always be her family and her presence in the house is something that cannot be replaced. Ultimately, the Creator knows what’s best and submitting to His verses leads to peace.

Today is very important lecture about woman wich situation she can work outside at home, wich is more important for wife to look after kids or job, women are dominate or men, women designed for birth for kids or job , mother is good teacher of her children so if she has essence the Book of Allah mostly the syche of her children built up with the quranic essence. if she have other schools school of Thought so she transfer this to her children same. When women work outside there is problem because she wants hearing admire for herself so there women careful when they talks with other mens.and women like her husband spend money on her but she don't like her money spend on her husband. so her money is her money and husband money is joint money. IT's very important to know how much women have in their plate and to keep up the moral values uniting the family if it is really really needed they can work. By birth we are home makers, we know exactly how to manage our homes whatever the earning is whether, women can have professions or not depends on the situation. Basically, man is supposed to provide for the family. If there's a problem with the father or husband, women can work At the same time, considering her extremely tiring duties & responsibilities of raising kids & taking care of the home which is her priority, it would interfere. As far as education is concerned, it's necessary for women to be educated as it's needed for daily life & is important for raising the kids..

Absolutely brilliant by shaykh saab. The western society has advanced so much, but the gender roles have been reversed. It begs the question has it REALLY!.The Diabolical and alarming single women or divorce numbers in the last 50 years is very disturbing in the west all in the name of feminism and this illusion of liberation. Many females have troubles getting married, because of putting their careers above their priority of upbringing a family,and the cost of that is the so called modern woman losing her golden years of fertility, 18-25,and when she decided to settle down. It becomes very difficult for her to marry, as the women now in her thirties has become valueless and missed her prime. Im glad some of the women asked these important questions. I implore shaykh saab to do lecture on "women" specifically as mentioned in chapter 4.

Whether, women can have professions or not depends on the situation. Basically, man is supposed to provide for the family. If there's a problem with the father or husband, women can work. At the same time, considering her extremely tiring duties & responsibilities of raising kids & taking care of the home which is her priority, it would interfere. As far as education is concerned, it's necessary for women to be educated as it's needed for daily life & is important for raising the kids. Very important is the bond between parents & the kids, an emotional attachment. Parents are also the source of education for the kids, so they should know the Qur'an themselves with practice & convey it to the kids from a very young age so they can make the right choices when the time comes. Men are supposed to protect women & women should be taken care of. Women working is mentioned within the Qur'an due to being in difficulty as their father is old. As women are looking after the kids & home should make it a priority as no one can look after them better than them & they also feel good about it as it's in their nature. Finally, women can work in specific condition.

Women are always greater in number & men should be their protectors which is not done by men resulting in women to work for their survival. The healthy women naturaly prefer her children & house hold responsibilities above professional carrier.

Allah has given women ease as they are assigned to look after the home,the children, And do not have to go out and work and bring home money. Working for women is conditional, they can work if the husband is unable to or if their father is old etc. A mans job is to work and support women financially, this is how Allah made them. Children need their mothers to nurture them. I can say by experience that being a working mum made me miserable beyond words! I didnt have the energy for my children or housework i was tired and just plain miserable all the time! When Allahs truth and guidance/hidayat came to me through His Ayaat/signs and the Quran hadees of Musa Alayh Salaam about the two women at the watering hole ,and when i brought belief on this I left my job and i felt an immense relief and ease and peace. Allah provides us sustenance. Allah has given women such ease, because He has created us, He knows how hard a mother’s role is. why make our own lives difficult. Everyones situation is different but working for women is conditional. Allah knows best always. Jazak Alkah for this clarification. Salaamu Alaikum

I disagree with the statement that given woman to perform good in career will cause a big no for proposals, why not to encourage men as well to get their education too? This doesn't make sense (respectfully) Being a woman, getting educated, having career aspirations doesn't stop to choose a man with low education but rather not to choose a man who don't believe in growing up, continuing his education and understanding to get it whenever he feels easy to get it ALLAH has made man and woman pairing like they have to grow mentally together, it is a psychological relationship of togetherness... It is sad that why it is not seen this way from Quran? Whereas Quran says it... I would like to debate on it with Mr. Muhammad Shiekh if ever life allowed...Inshaa ALLAH...
