Can you adjust a neck without force? 

Yes! We have many options available to us for relaxing, lengthening, tractioning, realigning, mobilizing and releasing the neck (or any other body part)! Our patient Linda to receives bodywork well but does not want any forceful manipulation, provides a great example of how this can be done safely, gently, comfortably and effectively.
