A buddy of mine was telling me back in the day he used to go to a private campground with his MC every summer, and have a grand old time. Then suddenly a LEO MC started showing up, and it went over about as well as diarrhea in a hot tub, so he said they just stopped going there. What a shitty deal, getting pushed out by a bunch of cops pretending to be bikers. You know, I have always said cops are just a gang, only legal. Seen cops do a lot of shady shit over the years. Crusin' & boozin', selling stolen / confiscated motorcycle parts, beating the shit out of their wives etc. and they just protect each other when it happens.

That's a good statement, but I don't know where the line is drawn for undercover work. I once heard that a cop can't do drugs while undercover but it seems that is no longer true. So I guess a cop can be both and how much Big Brother is willing to over look while the undercover is on assignment

@@bushrod6258 I did UC work for 22 years. I'll just say the Miami area. Our policy was not to di drugs while working But I drank half of Ireland. Keep in mind there is a chance for an "exposure" and there is paperwork for that. I don't know what other agencies do or how they do it. But I would think that if a UC is doing drugs while working a case it would weaken the case.
