Can you beat a Pokémon Legends Arceus Nuzlocke with only Alpha Pokémon! (No Items, Level cap)

That's right I'm taking on pokemon Legends Arceus with Hardcore Nuzlocke rules using only Alpha Pokemon. A New Feature that was added in pokemon legends Arceus. While Using Alpha pokemon won't give me any advantage in this Nuzlocke it will be a sweet time.
Pokemon Legends Arceus Hardcore Nuzlocke Rules:
1. If one of my Pokemon faints, it can no longer be used.
2. I must Catch the first Random Alpha encounter in each Area but will be allowing some static encounters
3. No items in battle
4. The LevelCap is the highest Level Fight in Each Area
5. I Must Take on every Noble Pokemon In a Pokemon Battle
