In this final installment of Destiny 2 Lightless, Papa Ry goes toe to toe with the witch queen DLC. After making his way through shadowkeep and beyond light again in this hour long installment of a lightless guardian defying the odds at all costs. How does it end? Grab your seat belt and strap in because this is the biggest project I've done to date.
I want to give a huge shoutout to everyone that participated in this video, from all the voice actors, animators, and just goofy personalities that shown through during this video. It really is something that this actually exists. One of the best I've ever done and I'm so happy to share this here with you.

Rylee, I legit have tears in my eyes right now. You may be one of the best story tellers on this goofy little website. Destiny has been a comfort zone for me for a few years, but it started to lose its impact, the same way that most things have over recent years. I was starting to check out of it, maybe leave an era of my life behind, but watching your videos makes me excited to log on. You somehow take what is already a great setting and make it magical and fun again. Hell, you honestly make the prospect of being a creative sound magical and fun again, something I've run away from for a long time out of my own fears and insecurities. But unlike guardians, I only have one life to live. May as well spend it like our once lightless titan, just doing my best one step at a time and always getting up no matter how many times I fall down. Great work Papa Ry, truly great work. Thank you.

This was... in a word, phenomenal. In many more words, holy shit this is probably one of the best pieces of media I've consumed in a while. Coming home to this video after a rough day was all I could've asked for. I've voiced my love for this series before, in the discord and here on youtube, but the work, time, and love that was put into it... it's downright inspirational. Massive props to everyone involved in this project, since the very beginning. The writing, acting, art, animation, editing, little cameos here and there, all perfection. Wow. Just WOW! Words cannot describe what a brilliant video this was. But it would be a shame not to try. The entire thing was just wonderful. The animated cutscenes were amazing, the voice acting was fantastic and the general story honestly had me tearing up a bit. Not cause this is The Godfather level of storytelling but that a RU-vidr this small put this much effort, love, passion, and care into a project. Truly awe-inspiring. And between those amazing segments you had some of the funniest shit I have ever seen come from a Rylee video. Like Jesus Christ, I watched a part of this video during class in secret and the teacher was just looking at me weird as I started slowly suffocating to death from laughter. Heck even outside the gameplay segments it got a good laugh out of me (Vesper my beloved). I was sitting here bored as fuck not knowing what to do cause I'm being forced not to play Destiny for 24 hours as we wait for Lightfall and this comes along to give me an experience of a lifetime. Before I end this comment would like to say 2 things. 1 People simp for Riven (I'm one of them). 2 I am not a conspiracy theorist I am merely a scientist trying to get to the bottom of fall damage. That giant ass tower before you meet the Ahamkara can be survived with no double jump but a 2 meter drop in the cabal ship will fold you harder than an omelette. My theory is that certain surfaces are just coded weirdly. You can take 2 perfectly flat objects at completely different heights and get completely different results. TLDR TRUST NOTHING. Anyways I wish you the very best Walmart Jesus. You should take a break for a month or 2. Go enjoy Lightfall. You deserve it.

WOW, on top of Rylee’s jokes, skills, and speeches that make you wanna soldier on through anything, this story and narrative, with its highs and lows, have evolved in a way kind of reminiscent of Red v Blue, and I mean that in a good way. Also, what does that crazy cliffhanger mean for this Titan and for Rylee?? What is up with these characters? Mad props to the artists, the voice acting, the writing, the editing, all of it. Made me cry almost as much as I laughed. 11/10 would rewatch and recommend 🎉

Glad I could join you on this amazing adventure Ry, can't remember when I started watching but I think it was a few months after lightless started. A lot of what I've seen from you has been great entertainment. It's fun to sit down and clown around with papa Ry, and I don't even play Destiny 2. Your ability to story tell and entertain is amazing, looking forward to more and what dumbfuck challenges you come up with for Lightfall. As for lightless, it's been an amazing ride and that ending was wonderfully bittersweet. The final chat between the character and account owner was nice and the ending screen hurt in the right way. As sad as it is to see Titan girl go she's proven that she has the Cabal's to persevere through anything and it looked like she got some of the light back in the last moments, whether it stays is a mystery. I hope we get to see her again, if only for a little bit. but if not I wish her well. Also, I feel like the guardian equivalent in another game would be the tenno from Warframe, weird magic space children/teenagers/adults with poorly defined powers fighting to take back the solar system from various threats.

53:39 for some reason I felt real uncomfortable seeing that. Finished watching, and man that production value was high asf. Ha! Believe it or not I finished the challenge but the original ending wasn't a good send-off for my character. I just stood at the back and lazered savathun with my bait and switch. It demolished her health. This challenge is done and 100% complete
