Challenge: You're only allowed to fire one projectile from a weapon before you have to change to some other weapon. Added challenge: You have to cycle the entire arsenal before you're allowed back to one gun.
I was planning to do a run with everything but guns, so prety much the same, exept i can use the crucible, and chainsaw. You got a random question for the 100 sub vid?
@@schnoig_ The only thing the combat shotgun is good for after the SSg is acquired is for instant cacodemon glory kills, but even then, mastery makes the 4 shells needed to kill a cacoboi worth it completely. Oh and mowing through ammo with the full auto mode.

Heres a challenge for you: Beat DOOM Eternal on Nightmare (or something lower if you dont want to rip your hair out) using ONLY equipment (Chainsaw, flame belch, grenade, ice bomb, dash to stun zombies/imps and bloodpunch). Normal weapons are obviously permitted for boss enemies.
@@gadielgonzalez2755 you need dashing for some required platforming too, so maybe ur only allow to jump, dash, or climb only when its required to beat the level
I think a more fun backwards weapon progression challenge would be where you are ONLY allowed to use each weapon backwards from how they are unlocked. So the first level can only be used with the BFG. You can't switch to another gun, basically. And this would continue with each level. So you're stuck with one gun for each level.
Challenge: Beat every level, including slayer gates using the weapon you acquire in that level. Example: You get the Heavy Cannon in hell on earth. You will continue to use that weapon until you obtain a new one. Restrictions: The BFG-9000 and The Crucible can only be used once per level. You are not allowed to use the Unmakyr. Excuses: You don't have to use the pistol. You don't obtain it in the game itself other than console :)
Change it so that you lose a weapon whenever you're supposed to unlock it in the campaign, such as losing the super shotgun immediately after completing the battlemode mingame.
challenge: everytime you die no matter what the cause, you spin a wheel with the weapons names, and what it lands on is what you get rid of if you lose all weapons, use pistol
Maybe you could do a run for the Original DOOM's for: Fist, Chainsaw, pistol, shotgun, or super shotgun only run... I believe chaingun would be to easy for you considering it stuns most enemies quite frequently.
Can you beat doom eternal without taking damage with a pistol only and nothing else even glory kills, chainsaw kills and the crucible aaaaaaaaaaasaaaaaaaaaaand blood punch aaaaaaaand grenades also flame belch
