The only rules for this playthrough were no committing any crimes that affected stats. I used the "stars attained" stat to count how many wanted stars I got and I also tried to minimize the other crime stats like cars stolen, people run over, fires started. Be sure to subscribe if you enjoy challenge videos like this. I also play games like TLOU, Spider-Man PS5, and Red Dead Redemption so you never know what'll come next.

I dont know what you mean with glitches I've played the whole story of tbogt on disc on the ps3 and never saw anything as glitchy as an npc swerving into me

GTA 4 credits in the background is suppose to tell that in the timeline, Niko's story ended by that point. But iirc you can do the missions in the wrong order and just have it feel random
