Y'know you could just press equip on the ability, even if that is the form you have on at the moment right? You can choose your ability without inhaling that way
I found out later in the video, but decided against using it most of the time. By the time I found out you could do that, I was already having so little difficulty beating the game that I didn’t think I needed to use it for regular levels.
Your editing skills are really good... you somehow made EVERY BOSS (except wispy and rolladillo) feel just as intense if not more intense than the final boss!
@@sunkfnf2406 I knew it wasn't wispy but forgot the specific name, and I don't even know why I thought it was rolladillo... I think that was a fakemon name I thought of one time, maybe that's what it came from. ^^;

You cannot imagine how shocked I was when as I was thinking "idk why, but some of the settings in this game really remind me of Nier: Automata, especially this circus" only to moments later suddenly be listening to Nier: Automata music as the boss fight began lol

Okay, inverse of this. *Only* stars that (mini-)bosses summon. Or, possibly, abilities that you can get in the fight (Dedede's hammer, Clawroline's swords, uh...Metaknight's sword but you're not doing the arena [bonus points for getting *his* sword])
In Waddle Dee Town you can go to the weapons shop, press A on a ability and even without changing the form you can use a menu to equip it Obviously you need to have had the ability at least once to unlock it but this is still convenient. also at the end of Rocky Rolling Road go on top of the tree to the right of the gold cage and there should be a sparkle, this spawns a Ranger ability near the cage if you don't have it, and with it you can unlock the HAL room to gain a bunch of abilities early You might get a ability you need but can't get without succ so getting it in the shop is useful

When I played the first Kirby game as a kid, I didn't know Kirby could inhale and I tried jumping on enemies and taking damage. I then tried flying across the entire stage avoiding enemies. I ended up getting brick-walled by the Tree boss. My first run was suckless and I don't think you can beat the bosses without sucking. I wasn't sure if you could slide kick in Forgotten Land. It's time for Kirby to set off TO KICK THE ABSOULUTE S**T OUT OF EVERY LIVING BEING IN THE NEW WORLD! AHHHHHHHH! NO GOD PLEASE NO! NO NO NO! After this leopard with really weird fanart was shot to death. You mean Rule 34 fanart? 23:54 DOOR'S STUCK! DOOR'S STUCK! EYAAAAAAAAAAH! We can see if it's possible to get 100%-No!
I feel like when you try forgo dreams you should be allowed to have upgraded abilities, just so that the bosses go a bit faster and plus since you beat forgo dedede you unlocked the masked hammer(you have to go to king dedede by the Colosseum and talk to one of his waddle dee servants) which is very powerful and trust me you are not going to beat forgo dreams with a regular hammer.
Watching this game playthrough is like listening to that bit of Louis CK standup where he accidentally tells his then 7 year old daughter that eventually the sun was gonna explode.
I would just go _around_ the enemies at the start instead of *immediately slide kicking them into oblivion* I guess violence is just natural for kirby fans, and they couldn't live without murder.
I don't know if anybody else thought of this (or if it would work) but why didn't you try using the enemy to your advantage instead of just inhaling it? Like bringing the fire enemy to the lantern (if possible) and going behind it so it would attack you and light it in the procces, or using the ranger dog enemy to shoot the targets for you by going in front of them
To my knowledge, that doesn’t work in any other Kirby game, so I didn’t think to try it. There are actually still a lot more waddle dees you can get without inhaling than you need to beat the game, so it’s fine just skipping those. It’s just really noticeable while playing, so I thought I should mention it in the video!
I mean what your saying is completely true but…there are so many other abilities that do needles job but better examples such as: primal hammer meta knight sword and the fully upgraded tornado (forgot the name) but hey the needle upgrades (especially crystal needle) do make it a LOT more usable in bosses
The nier automata music caught me off guard because I thought it was from an anime named Yuki yuna is a hero. Come to find out the same person composed it 😯 was wondering why I was vibing to it immediately when it came on
I'm not actually sure if it's possible to finish the postgame (Forgotten Isles + Ultimate Cup Z) without Kirby inhaling, but I'd definitely be interested in seeing you try!
I feel like the video have abit too much silent part without narration I get it that those part have nothing to say but you should cut most of them , more narration would keep the viewer interested , hope you would take criticism other than that nice video
