1:30 you are trespassing so the pillagers are able to defend their property and so are the blazes and you still committed first degree murder as you can only kill the one blaze that attacked you first but you then kill many more blazes that had not harmed you and you commit vandalism when you break the floor of the nether fortress and since it's a fortress it is a government building and the ender dragon doesn't attack you first and you break into the enderdragon's home then kill it first degree murder so yes it is possible but he failed it was @Bransy and he made a much better video surviving 100 days on probation

technically you not allowed any weapon or armor all you can have is a protective house and legally to build a house you need local residence and a permit to build a woodcutting license to mine wood
