Alternate Title: Try not to make a No Nut November joke (impossible) Every time I get a Subscriber I do a little Jiggy Timestamps: Music Used: • Plants vs Zombies Soun... • Plants Vs Zombies 2 M... • Plants vs Zombies Musi...
The Murkadamia Nut (the one that gets a tiny little shield) actually does have an ability, it is part of the Shadow Plant family, and if they are in vicinity of a Moon Flower, they become purple and a big blob of jello forms around them and they can actually damage Zombies if they eat it.
Fun fact: peanut is actually not a nut, but a solid bean. So I think that if you add coconut canon in the challenge, that is also not a nut, nothing will really change. Yep, durian is also not a nut, so there are literally no real nuts in the worlds that can deal damage to zombies, only premiums, such as explode-o-nut.
To explain Murkademia Nut: It needs to be powered by another plant. After that, it produces Gelatine around it Infinitely, that damages Zombies when eaten.
I mena, i can look into it, but probably not. I know Moonflower and Disguise Mint or whatever theyre called can power it, but there not nuts sooo @@ShagrotsCave
Ngl i think this has to be one of the best challenge videos I've seen in a hot minute. The editing was on point, the jokes were consistently really funny, and I was a huge fan of both the fun and helpful nut facts, as well as the devious nut misinformation. You've definitely earned my subscription!
It's a pity that they removed camel levels, where you had to memorize the symbols on camels' panels and open two with the same symbols to kill the zombies. That was very fun to play, but unfortunately, as far as I know some people had not enough brain cells to beat them, especially the last ones, and pay-to-win strategy was also not an option there, to they complained about them and pop cap removed all these levels.
Grass is a type of plant with narrow leaves growing from the base. Their appearance as a common plant was in the mid-Cretaceous period. There are 12,000 species now.[3] A common kind of grass is used to cover the ground in places such as lawns and parks. Grass is usually the color green. That is because they are wind-pollinated rather than insect-pollinated, so they do not have to attract insects. Green is the best colour for photosynthesis. Grasslands such as savannah and prairie where grasses are dominant cover 40.5% of the land area of the Earth, except Greenland and Antarctica.[4] Grasses are monocotyledon herbaceous plants. They include the "grass" of the family Poaceae, which are called grass by ordinary people. This family is also called the Gramineae, and includes some of the sedges (Cyperaceae) and the rushes (Juncaceae).[5] These three families are not very closely related, though all of them belong to clades in the order Poales. They are similar adaptations to a similar life-style. With about 780 genera and about 12,000 species,[3] the Poaceae is the fifth-largest plant family. Only the Asteraceae, Orchidaceae, Fabaceae and Rubiaceae have more species.[6] The true grasses include cereals, bamboo and the grasses of lawns (turf) and grassland. Uses for graminoids include food (as grain, shoots or rhizomes), drink (beer, whisky), pasture for livestock, thatch, paper, fuel, clothing, insulation, construction, sports turf, basket weaving and many others. Many grasses are short, but some grasses can grow tall, such as bamboo. Plants from the grass family can grow in many places and make grasslands, including areas which are very arid or cold. There are several other plants that look similar to grass and are referred to as such, but are not members of the grass family. These plants include rushes, reeds, papyrus and water chestnut. Seagrass is a monocot in the order Alismatales. Grasses are an important food for many animals, such as deer, buffalo, cattle, mice, grasshoppers, caterpillars and many other grazers. Unlike other plants, grasses grow from the bottom, so when animals eat grass they usually do not destroy the part that grows.[7] This is a part of why the plants are successful. Without grass, soil may wash away into rivers (erosion). Evolution of grass Grasses include some of the most versatile plant life-forms. They became widespread toward the end of the Cretaceous. Fossilized dinosaur dung (coprolites) have been found containing grass phytoliths (silica stones inside grass leaves).[8] Grasses have adapted to conditions in lush rain forests, dry deserts, cold mountains and even intertidal habitats, and are now the most widespread plant type. Grass is a valuable source of food and energy for many animals.[9] Grass and people Lawn grass is often planted on sports fields and in the area around a building. Sometimes chemicals and water is used to help lawns to grow. People have used grasses for a long time. People eat parts of grasses. Corn, wheat, barley, oats, rice and millet are cereals, common grains whose seeds are used for food and to make alcohol such as beer. Sugar comes from sugar cane, which is also a plant in the grass family. People have grown grasses as food for farm animals for about 4,000 years. People use bamboo to build houses, fences, furniture and other things. Grass plants can also be used as fuel, to cover rooves, and to weave baskets.
You know at this point I'm subscribing you because your jokes are so goddamn nutty I couldn't edge to hold my laugh within (that peanut joke really caught me slacking ngl)
Wow, Im actually pretty hyped for this challenge! There is nothing that I like to see more than when something overlooked gets used in creative ways. And this run is the definition. I'm excited to see how you will put to use all of the nut variants in the game.
This is actually so well made, your dry humor and editing skills kept me invested throughout the entire video. amazing job and I'm really looking forward to future episodes!
This challenge is just nuts! Anyways, pretty cool and funny video, pretty underrated channel. Don't quite like how you said EA ruined the game though(surprisingly, they had no part in making the game as predatory as it is, it was all PopCap)
9:13 I believe that extra sun WILL be useful, but only once you reach Jurassic Marsh. It has a much tougher wall-nut with a much faster recharge for 75 sun.
@@ToastyV0 Yeah, I think that’s it. According to the wiki, endurian goes from costing 100 sun to costing 75 sun at level 10, so that’s probably it. I don’t think this run will be seeing a level 10 endurian though. (There’s also the problem that durians aren’t nuts, but we’ll just see how they’re handled later down the line)
How can this man not understand the implications of calling his winning strategy "edging" while at the same time making jokes about the Peanut peeing and nutting at the same time
Just commenting to say that you are absolutely delightful and I subscribed so fast! Your humor, insight, commentary, authenticity, and determination really shine through and I adore it. Your efforts are appreciated and I'm so glad to have found this video. I never knew people with peanut allergies should be kept on leashes; how ignorant I was!
just a note for 5:10 when you were talking about the ads, such as an aggressively seizure-inducing one, blurring it does near nothing as the flashing is still right there, front and center. my advice would be to just omit that one completely (or ones like it) in future.
@@ShagrotsCave cheers for taking the time to read and consider it :) dont see that very often with folks in regards to the topic of accessible watching
@@NotPofkp accessible watching is very important to me. I'm going to get subtitles done soon, I have a few close friends with Epilepsy which is why the adds annoyed me so much.
The murkadamia nut is a shadow plant, which means that it needs moonflowers to boost it for it to do everything it's supposed to do Which makes me really confused as to why it would give you that plant to play with when not also telling you to bring moonflowers It's pretty cool, but also somewhat useless for this challenge unless for some reason you really need it's slightly faster recharge for something despite things like Primal Walnuts existing
6:22 mangos are also in the same family as poison ivy, infact if youre exposed to poison ivy first you have a significantly increased chance of having that same allergic reaction to mangos because the oils are in the leaves, the stems, the skin of the fruit, and theres even a little in the flesh
I think you should use all Reinforce-Mint family Plants, as they are all "Nuts". Also Murkadamia is a Nut but probably useless for the challenge (as you cant use moonflower)
to add to your fact about cashews: The people who harvest them are not given protective gloves, destroying their hands by exposing themselves to this itchy oil layer in extreme amounts
After looking it up, Murkadamia (macadamia nut) is one of those shadow plants that synergize with moonflower. But since moonflower isn't a nut, there's no way to get the synergy in this run. Also, isn't moonflower and all the shadow synergy plants pretty late game? Why could you get maca so early?
"Why could you get maca so early" Plant rental. There's an option to watch an ad for one of 3 random plants every level to be used only in that level. Pretty forgotten feature
As somebody who is allergic to peanuts, I can confirm that the very concept of nuts triggers a reaction. Watching this video, I had to go through 3 epi-pens and was rushed to the hospital. Worth it.
7:39 Actually, when powered by a Moonflower, it gets a layer of spiky gelatin which gives it more defense and does damage like a Durian. Unfortunately, you can’t use Moonflowers since, well, they’re flowers and not nuts
Amazing video! btw, murkadamia nuts are shadow plant which basically means you need moon flowers to activate their ability which is sad cuz we wont be seeing it in the playthrough gl w the other worlds!
Really funny and engaging content! Some jokes you wrote were hilarious, fr. Your voice is a bit monotone which dropped my attention at points but I found your content thoroughly enjoyable despite that. Liked and subbed, keep making good content and I look forward to what's to come!
And legume is the French word for just "vegetable". And you use more french words day to day, than you do anal-retenitive botanitcal classification words.
very creative at first i thought this was very possible as a certain nut could do damage to a zombie eating it, but i havent watched the video yet, so we'll see
5:33 ngl bro I just downloaded an apk for free mastery 200 level plants/ infinite money really not hard to find there's even a save file where the plants arent upgraded so you can play without this broken mechanic
In case you don’t know by now, that tiny nut with the tiny shield is Murkadamia and it’s a shadow plant. It’s really bad without being boosted by a Moonflower, but when boosted they get much tanker and gain a damage effect when enemies touch it like Endurian
