Good karma bombs didn't kill anyone but only subdued enemies around you and I don't think there's any driver inside the APC because they stopped and the soldiers went out... So it doesn't count as kill since no one was inside there when you first get the neon and video karma bomb.

I wonder if u can beat Infamous 1 without ever using any electrical powers ? (the only allowed thing would be melee) but even melee does electrical stuff... but we'll still do with it cuz its not like ennemies can kill themself or do friendly fire

Actually i believe there is friendly fire in the first game i've seen it quite often. Tho the whole use of electricity is a definite no, since we use it to power devices needed in story missions and plenty boss level enemies cannot be hit with melee
