this was painful. Also for those of you wondering why i didn't do this on expert mode, this challenge is quite literally impossible on expert mode as far as I'm aware
Hey guys, I just wanted to thank everyone for 10,000 subscribers, I put a ton of time into these videos so I genuinely appreciate all of the support. also subscribe if you wanna see more stuff like this :)
You probably could've used a non-damaging used item like a paint scraper to run backwards with the skutlix, maintaining dps while running away from the enemy at the same time.
Pro tip: Dashing with any dash accessory and then immediately mounting will cause the mount to start at full speed, allowing you to use ramming mounts like the horse more effectively
@@patrykk63 well he fought golem using a severe lack of an available dash accessory, so no, he doesn't additionally he does all of this in normal mode, so the only non-tabi dashes are granted via the crystal assassin armor, which he also never uses.
if you ever try this in master mode, i suggest going for the toy tank. its like the scuttlix but it shoots bullets and rockets, plus it has a built-in double jump.
This editing is amazing, the transitions, on screen images, the slight zooming in and out, I feel like it's so unappreciated but really this editing is soooo good, how do you not have more subs
First off mad props to you for doing this challenge but there are a few things I hav noticed that might have made it a bit easier, first off feather fall potions are amazing when it comes to mount mobility making most prehardmode bosses a breeze, and also there is a super powerful mount dropped by the mech Santa boss thing in the frost moon although it requires expert mode. Edit: I have been informed that the Santa's mount is actually master mode not expert
This was quite a creative idea for a challenge run, as well as being wildly difficult. This was a super impressive video and I can't wait to see more from you.
this video is amazing, your editing, the transitions, and the way you "narrate" the video, is truly amazing, That palace you built at the start of the playthrough, you definitely deserve a lot of subscribers
Helpful tip to make the dungeon more manageable (DESTROY THE WATER CANDLES) If you don't know what those are they are the blue candles you find in the dungeon
I'm genuinely so surprised on how you only have 11k subs??? Your content is SO high quality and is the stuff I'd expect from someone who has 200k+ subs. Keep it up man your videos are amazing! ❤
I just started watching your videos today and I'm already in love with your channel. The editing, the videos themselves, and the commitment to undertake so many interesting challenges in one of my favorite sandbox games. Usually I don't subscribe to a channel on day one. But you're an exception. Your channel is seriously underrated and I hope your channel succeeds in these uncertain times.
I genuinely think that the basalic mount with like a melee build could be a new strategy to try out for me in runs, ive never even gotten the mount before but it seems better than i expected
Thanks for doing this i always was intrested in more "unusual" ways to beat terraria like mounts, npcs. Would love to see more like spelltomes or accesories/setbonuses only (if its possible ofc, spell tomes were super chill but dont know about the accesories tho)
Honestly the basilisk is my favorite land mount. The fire effect coming off the front feels and looks cool Favorite overall mount is lava shark though, lava immunity is awesome
man, i just couldn't have said anything about your editing skills... the transitions are fitting, they look good, and they have proper shading, as well as the items you show on the screen. good gob!
1. No it doesn't benefit from summoning buffs, its damage is based on its speed and whether or not you're in hardmode 2. The scuttlix & santank do not benefit from summon damage and instead deal "neutral" damage.
"The Minecart was also added; while it is not technically a mount by itself, it can be ridden by right-clicking Minecart Tracks." - The Wiki Others parts of the wiki call them mounts, but it's clear that it's debated. It makes more sense to call things that go in the mount slot mounts... regardless you could've just used lava which would've been easier and is fair game because it's a natural damage source (akin to falling stars).
Apparently minecarts benefit from summon buffs and using lava wouldn’t count, because natural damage or not, the only damage allowed is mounts as emphasized by the capitalized ONLY in the title. The minecart seems much more fair game as compared to lava
you may or may not know this already, but a featherfall potion does the same thing as the umbrella also, you can hold down to fall faster when you are using the umbrella (or hold attack which will let you pulse the falling)
