Great question Danesa! In short, yes. Bill and I are working with a few client's through this situation currently. That's one of the reasons I thought this was a great topic to cover since more and more people will be coming out of their forbearance plans over the next several months. In answer to your second question, yes some were pre-approved and others are working through the home loan pre-approval process on matters unrelated to the forbearance before they'll be ready to buy again.
