I am going through a purchase I am now fully aware that the seller made recent improvements on the property changing windows, on a structural basis and yet on the disclosure forms they are asked if any improvements that have been made, required permits etc, they add onto this clause by adding 'No work has been done by us'. They have been on the property for 7 years and have remodelled the kitchen etc; the agent who sold the property to me had sold it to the sellers previously so she would have known the changes made, so they have lied on the disclosure is that fraud? I asked the agent why this was added to the clause, she gave a candid reply that the previous owner to the sellers did the changes, but she was caught out because the house on google maps looks different today than it did in 2022.
In todays market of high price house, I may just say to the seller "you're not gonna get that asking price" with a smile and they might say, you're right, I'll give you a $1 discount....hooorrraayyy!

Amazing series! Watching again as our closing approaches. Real estate Channels are a funny thing because most people only have specific times in their lives they are drawn to watch. There needs a to be a RU-vid version of a television channel to direct potential buyers and sellers to this type of series, as well as other creators content. The care and effort that went into this is (and season one) is amazing. The production value is top notch! Hoping this finds the audience it deserves!

I had a call from a (law firm ) trying to collect a debt from around 10 years ago based on the address they used. They went from 5000 to 1300 in 2 minutes, I asked how much they paid for my debt, she didn't like that... Them said they would garnish my check I said go for it. So you won't be calling anymore? They hung up. So I think I need to hire someone to help me fix this. Thanks for the info.
People cry about a home equity loan and fears of losing there home but you’ll purchase a 50k car loan paying 800 a month. I’d rather invest and pay that type of money into a dwelling. Keep the car you get once it’s paid off. They depreciate more than a home. They only go up in value.

Ok about the credit my credit is for example 720 an out of no where my credit drop for example 650 and no idea why it drop i paid my credit cards on time my car payment on time too why did it drop I don't know why it dropped I haven't applied for nothing for the same reason for my credit not to drop
My thought is to try and do things by sections. So I have the cabinets reno'd. Removal cost on a loan or credit which could be 3 or 4k. But then the installation has its own payment plan that isn't based on any loan or credit. Seems safe to me...

I didn’t achieve financial freedom until I turned 40. As a US citizen, I raised capital by taking out a home equity loan. I have a question hopefully you might help me with. I owe 9000 on my house and I'm considering a home equity loan. My property is valued at 250k and I just want enough money to pay it off and fix it up. Is this a possibility? Is it worth it? I have a great credit score but I don't know anything about this stuff.

@@AndrewFinney Thanks for your interesting reply, Andrew. Much appreciated! There are endless YT videos on real estate but yours caught my eye and glad I tuned in. You were spot-on with your comments and I took lots of notes. One other question to comment on in a future video is to ask realtors if they will work with the buyer one on one OR will buyers have to work with "Associates" which I have seen more of in recent years. I want to work with only ONE realtor and not anyone else on the journey to find the right realtor to work with. And yes, I will let my retired Marine buddy in CA. know that you send your Marine best wishes and I know he will appreciate that. I knew one retired Marine named Harold "Skip" Adams who was HIGHLY decorated and fought at Iwo Jima! Thank God I saw him one more time in San Jose, CA. before he died in 2012 and I not only thanked him for his service but said he was a hero and he humbly said that he was not. He was a Marines Marine and is dearly missed and fondly remembered. And THANK YOU SO MUCH for your kind words for my dad, Ernie. He put his life on the line in the Pacific Ocean with the Japanese subs below looking to sink Naval vessels and thank God he survived his times on the ocean and during the war. He never talked much about his service but DID go on a Honor Flight to Washington DC several years before he died and I could not remember the last time I saw him that happy with all the love, respect and thanks he got on that trip. He even had a four-star Army General thank him for his service and he could not stop talking about that since he was so touched. Just so VERY proud of him that he got the recognition that he so richly deserved before he left this life at the age of 93 in August of 2020. Anyhow, that is it for now and I will look forward to more GREAT videos by you on YT! Stay cool! 😎
I have always felt that maintaining my home or condo up is the single best thing I can do to make more money. When you need to move having to put the time and money into repairs THEN when you need the money for a down payment, sellers costs and moving costs just does not make good financial sense to me. You are also trying to find a new home, a new mortgage, packing etc.
