I went to a fancy pub (basically a restaurant) recently and they had a sign on the door of the bathroom stalls saying that you can go up to where you order and ask for Angela. The waiters and waitresses will know what you mean and it means you can go somewhere private to get out of a situation you may be in or be escorted outside to talk if you need someone. This would be in a date that isn't going well, or someone's following you etc. They even offered to give you a lift somewhere and be dropped off!
