Hi Erin, Thanks a tonne for the advice. I truly feel its great help especially the mindshift part. My question is what qualifies one to be a Virtual Assistant?Do you just start anyhow or you have to pass some skill test/qualifications?

There are no prerequisites to be a VA! Anyone can start working as one - but like any business - it can take time to build a profitable freelance business!

@mercyruttoh6993 you can start by asking your close friends and family. I think that'd be a great a way to get clients...well, that's what I'm doing and consistency without giving up is the key to success. No matter how long it takes, it's worth waiting for!!!
