I was sleepy and full of fatigue. Until I came across this video. I am looking for something like this to do. I have been thinking about what needs to be part of me as I drastically change in different dimensions in this season of my life. I am tired of frequently being disappointed as a sales representative which caused me to benefit nothing but sacrificing my resources for employers without any benefits.

I have to say, I loved the video, but what I loved the most were here Eyes. Anyway, every piece of information that she gave us here is very important, so we can find ourselves a niche, and even more important, so we can rate ourselves in a better way. I've seen some companies offering a 35$/hr, and I think it is the Best rate because of all the work that you have to do for them.

Question: What does salary look like when you have multiple clients that are paying you by the hour? Are you charging them for your availability and then doing tasks for everyone in that same hour? Or are you working for each separately by the hour and therefore only getting paid for max 40 hours a week?

You charge each client for the tasks that you do for them. You don’t have to max out at 40 hours… you could 100 hours per week if you wanted to. There’s no limit on how much you work.

but for example if you only work 40 hours a week but take on a few clients and charge them by the hour. You're bound to be working for some of them in the same hour correct? My real question: Is the only way to scale your business with more clients by a. working more hours or b. taking monthly flat rates? Or is the standard to estimate how many hours they need and if you happen to either a. not have tasks for them that day or b. finish your tasks in less time, you still ''work for them 2 or 4 hours a day''@@ErinBooth

maybe i also don't fully understand the nature of the work yet. As a general VA for example, Do you work for the client 8 hours a day and your work is your availability during those hours to complete tasks regardless of whether you have tasks? Yes! A lot of my students from Vietnam and Nigeria work with US clients - and because of that - are able to charge rates higher than their own country

There's a lot of competition here. I feels difficult to break into this niche because companies like Ruby have dominated the space and have more resources than individuals do.
