Are they all sitting on cookies or crackers? We have crackers that look like that but I didn’t know if it is different where you are. I love them either way!

항상 잘보고있어요~~^^ 궁금한게있어용 예열은 어떻게하나요? 저희오븐은 90도가 최소인데 이럴경우는 어떻게 해야하나요?ㅜㅜ 그리고 굽고 나서 시간이 지나니 크래커랑 머랭쿠키가 분리되던데 뭘 잘못 한걸까요?ㅜㅜ

May I know why do we heat up the eggyolk to 50 degrees before sending it to the mixer? Is it to ensure sugar fully melts, to have smooth texture? Thank you.
