Kudos to you for giving her credit and linking her! I hate when folks just recycle material and never credit that original person. Love your positive attitude and happy for your little family!
It would have been great to see a close up of the fails w/ those actuals brands along with a close up of the successes with those brands! Otherwise, we are basically having to test them to see what we get!
Thank you for filming this process/test Tanner! I etch glass in my craft business and am now considering adding etching tumblers! I always wondered if it was possible! Now the sky's the limit! 🎉 Thank you again, for yet again another amazing informational video! You guys are great! ❤
I also LOVE LOVE LOVE that you took use shopping with you!!!! It reminded me that ya'll are normal people, hee hee (weird I know), but only seeing you on crafting ideas and being usually perfect, going shopping with you, reminde3d me of myself staring at the isles! xoxo
I enjoyed this video, I felt the excitement of the adventure of shopping for the supplies as though I was there with you. So much fun! Thank you for sharing your passion and joy!
Hi Tanner FYI after watching live last night I saw a video where a person was trying to get old paint off of wood and she used Saran Wrap and wrapped it around the wood piece to make the Citrus gel work better. Maybe that would help it on the tumblers that you had a harder time with.
I loved this project video please continue researching and providing our crafting community with these amazing discoveries and new technics to help us achieve our customers goals! I do love your videos and charisma!
This is such a great find! I just found you and have subscribed! Why do you film from so far away? I watch on my iPad and there’s a lot of background. It would be nice to see all of the crafting process closer up.
Great video. Loved it. You made me want to try this. A Tip for you when checking if it is ready check where you finished applying the citrus strip, Not where you started applying. If that makes sense.
First, I want to go driving and shopping with you!!! God bless your Papaw and your Mamaw! I love your tips, especially, is there anything holding you back from perfection? I'm also loving that we see you working real time and that you show wins and not really wins. Could we please see more close ups of you work and results? I've subscribed and am excited to see what else you have in store!
Tanner thank you so much for this wonderful crafting idea! I have been using Citrus strip for years to take paint off of so many things, how amazing to know I could use it in this manner! You have inspired so many ideas!
NOW I know what to do with all the clearance powder coated water bottles I purchased years ago...but what's most impressive to me??? That Walmart...so well stocked!!! We're lucky if we have an end cap of Cricut products and forget spray paint ... I need to move South...😃
I nearly shot coffee out of my nose watching you shop. I can totally relate. I typically only buy what I can carry, while trying to keep sunglasses on my head as well. We call this the lazy man’s load. 😂 thank you for sharing your awesomeness!!!!
Omg you guys! This is amazing 😍 Australia here 🇦🇺 I have already sourced my citrus strip and can’t wait to put it to the test! Thank you so much for all your very helpful tutorials 🥰
@@MakersGonnaLearn i love your personality. First time I watched you. Friendly advise from one streamer to another. You should get a camera in front on you as well as above looking down at an angle d I wn at your project, so we can see up.ckose everything you experience after you edit. Keep up the great work. I wasn't aware of citristrip. I learned something new or at least I want to. Thanks for sharing!
❤ Love this (new subscriber). Can you (pretty please) do an up close shot of all the cups w their labels in the future so we can screen shot. THANKS sooo much for this great idea. I'm new to crafting & need all the help I can get 😃🤯
Congratulations on the new Car. Watching your drive to Dollar Tree was my introduction video to you and Makers Gonna Learn! I love this tumbler video. Great Fathers Day gifts!
OMG! I loved this and am planning on trying it as soon as I can pick up the materials. Already have the Oracal and some tumblers in the cabinets I want to experiment on. Please keep more videos with this content coming, I’m so excited!!!
When lasering we clean the cups up with LA Awesome and a Mister Clean Eraser... also... stubborn spots use brake cleaner on a qtip... the scratch pad will scratch or wet sand the surfaces and make them hazy. Love your channel 😘
Great work here. However, I found it difficult to see many shots including your crafting process and then the final results. I would have liked to see close ups with brands labeled for each tumbler.
I love this design the layering is so beautiful. When I first saw this before seeing it was vinyl it look like it was infusible ink the colors so vibrant. 💚🖤🧡❤️🥰
The problem with using an abrasive scrub pad, is that you have now scratched your chrome surface. That was I see in your tumblers and I saw in mine. Using a cloth or paper towel is so much better. Mr. Crafty Pants uses a test run method on the bottom of the tumbler first. This is what has worked for me.
Wow! Wow! Wow! Thank you very much!! Yesterday my younger daughter and I received Engraved Yeti thumblers from my older daughters. They know that I don’t have a laser but thanks to you now I have an alternative way to make it. Of course I’m so happy with my gift but it blew my mind watch your video today! Definitely a new subscriber and looking forward to watch more awesome videos like this🥰!!
Really enjoyed your video thank you. Perhaps you might want to consider showing close ups of each logo to show the fine detail of the finish product and the weeding too scrapping. It was a bit hard to see the detail and I trusted what you were describing instead. Thanks team. I am following your channel now.
Thanks for the video. I don't know if I miss the video for the weeding part but it would be helpful to see it. Also is there some fonts or graphics you reconsider more than others? Also, is it safe to rinse on the regular sink?
Hey LOVES.... I just got my first Cricut, even though I'm a trueblue crafter all this is hard to take in at once HEHE...You will see my name alot on older videos and my get annoying. I say a million sorries now! With this project you never mentioned if all the tumblers were metal, if any were plastic, more on brands or material CAN be used... any extra pointer plz If there are any other videos i just haven't hit yet just point me in the right direction. Im learning so much, and there is only one thing i'm not interested in that yall love is Sublimation....way to advanced for now for sure lol Y'all are awesome please keep us crafting love y'all
Thank you so much Tanner love this video great tutorials. Had a question if could show how to weed the vinyl what part we need to remove, I try doing a Green Bay Packers logo one and I mess up the cup cause all I got after applying the citristrip was the oval. Please help TIA
I am so excited to try this! I would wear gloves and eye protection, though. Do you think the Ozark Trail would work better if the stripper was left on longer or a second coat was applied?
Did any of your tumblers have the rubbery feeling coating? It feels like it might be a thicker finish. I wonder if it would work on those. What awesome wedding party gifts!
One of my favorite things to hold a tumbler from rolling- 2 pool noodles (or 1 cut into smaller pieces, need 2 pieces) held together with elastic bands at both ends.
