Viv and Mo were the only ones that knew. Viv took many secrets to the grave with her (e.g. Harry being a paedophile and Zoe being Kat's daughter). According to Kat she also bullied Belinda and little Mo. From what I can gather, Viv was definitely the type of person who'd do this to Kat. Regarding Mo, she knew there was another child but probs had no clue how to find him. Mo with her dodgy morals probably thought: "Why bring up the subject of a secret son when you're never gonna see him again?". Charlie wasn't at the birth so I'd doubt he knew. Lynne, Belinda, and little Mo definitely didn't know.
@Hussain Martins Lynne did know that Kat gave birth to Zoe though I doubt she knew it was twins. Viv sounds like a spiteful abusive cunt to be honest and as much as I like big Mo she was very wrong to keep that secret
