The bad review on heartstopper genuinely frustrated me. Love, Victor was very questionable at some points. Heartstopper is supposed to be a cringey teenage romance, no teenage romance went without it's cringey moments. And the fact that they are upset about TEENAGERS not being shown having sexual relations is incredibly uncomfortable. They are minors and heartstopper eventually touches on that topic and does a great job at showing Charlie and Nick talking about those boundaries and not being ready for that step. Anyways sorry for tangent that review was just very blegh
And then people wonder why young pre teen/teen actors go off the rails sometimes when you have reviewers saying they are "ugly". The cast of stranger things are kids, who look like kids and I don't think any of them were ugly, and they have certainly grown into them selves as the show has progressed.
i hate the "not enough sex" heartstopper reviews like this are 16 year olds who've been in basically their first relationship for like four months why do want to watch kids having sex so bad?
Exactly...especially since the kid characters look like they are actually portrayed BY kids unlike some US teen dramas where the actors are often well in their 20s. Extra creepy.
The heart stopper one was uncalled for why the hell are you complaining about no sex my good human being it’s by teens for teens and it’s portraying a fairly healthy taking it slow kind of relationship?? 😭😭😭
Also someone is complaining because Heartstopper doesn't have sex in it? It's literally about minors and teenage first-love why are people so obsessed with teenage sex-appeal
As someone who is the same age as the cast, I would disagree and say that they are all pretty attractive. But also... why does it matter if they are attractive? Lol
Not going to lie, I got 'Stranger Things' immediately when the review said the kids were unattractive, and you couldn't tell the guys and girls apart. Also, I can't believe no one got the "wax on, wax off" reference for the 'Cobra Kai' review. 'The Karate Kid' is so iconic, what the heck!
To the person who said that Stranger Things is a kid version of Silent Hill, you clearly haven’t played Silent Hill because besides the monsters, it’s nothing like Stranger Things.
And when they have their hands over the buzzer before the review is over like they know what it is and are ready to guess but then it cuts to someone else and when it cuts back they're still thinking
so i got heartstopper on the first review, but the second one cemented it completely for me. i remember going through the bad reviews after watching it bc i was bored, and so many of those bad reviews were terrible so i made a tumblr post reviewing the bad reviews. the ENTIRE REVIEW was about how love, victor is great and amazing and how you should really watch that show and how its better in every single way. if i was doing this shoot i just know i wouldve burst out in tears bc idve recognized the review.
These were too easy, especially all the ones that included character names. The only tricky one was the first Stranger Things one cause it had nothing to do with the show.
15:28. Xo kitty never said it was a kdrama. It didn’t try to be a kdrama. It’s a romcom. That’s what its label as. Not a kdrama. Yes it’s based in Korea and has very little kdrama attributed but it was never and will never be a kdrama. Xo kitty is a show connected to All the Boys I Love Before. None of those movies/shows are kdramas and were never labeled as them.
i guessed heartstopper from the first review like everyone hates on heartstopper cuz like saying it's cringy and heartstopper is not cringy it's a healthy representation of lgbtq community and alice osemen is my fav author and she had inspired me to write my own short story eternal blossoms it is focused on gl and heartstopper is my fav show and book
I don't understood why people read reviews and rates on movies and decide whether it is worth watching or not based on another's opinion. Every person have different likes and dislikes in everything so the most accurate way to tell if you like or hate a movie is to actually watch it. Think for yourselves.
they were purposefully trying to get some wrong because there's no way they've been guessing riverdale the whole show and they still look confused after reading the 2nd review😭 and then when it mentioned tim burton in the first review for wednesday. i haven't watched a single second of the show but i still got it immediately💀 same with on my block and ginny and georgia. it was still a good video, just thought that was funny lmao
To the person who criticized heartstopper, I hope your pillow is always warm, I hope your earphones only work on one side, I hope your cereal is always soggy 😣
Ikr the characters are 14 (turns 15) and 16 in season 1! It’s not all about sex it’s about the cringey messy parts of falling in love and finding your true identity that’s why it’s the best show ever!!!
Some shows idk how they didn’t get immediately like cobra Kai. If u have watched any karate kid movie or even cobra Kai itself it obvious I mean “wax on” and “sensei” like 💀. Also riverdale I mean Archie comics what the hell most ppl know it’s based off that because all the characters have the same exact names. Outer banks LITERALLY “JOHN B” I meannn how the hell. I get if u never seen even a scene of it u wouldn’t know but like come on now.
THIS IS SO REAL, I only watched the first season of cobra kai and I haven't watched anything from the other two but I was screaming the names of those shows because of how obvious it was
Most people don’t even know Cobra Kai exists. I didn’t even know there was a show based on the original movies until last year. Also nobody would even know who John B is if they don’t watch Outer Banks
The girl saying The Summer I Turned Pretty being the ‘Respect Taylor Swift’ review, knowing that TSITP LOVES Taylor Swift. For me was ridiculously funny
1:29 HOW COULD NO ONE GET ASA?! OMG, he's literally the biggest star from the show. These Yanks didn't watch The Boy In The Striped Pyjamas or Merlin did they?!
Not gonna lie, I don’t watch the show but when I watched this video, I thought he looked familiar… And I think I’ve seen 3 movies where he’s the protagonist when I was growing up as a teenager. Though not the ones you mentioned (I watched Ender’s Game, that Tim Burton one and that romance drama where his character was born on Mars)
Literally me I was sitting there like... you mad you ain't see 2 teen boys have or talk about sex? 😬 I mean yeah hormones rage but like....not everyone comfortable with that especially them in the original webtoon if I remember
riverdale technically isn’t a netflix show lmao and then them guessing euphoria which is an hbo original & the summer i turned pretty which is an amazon original double lmao
I got almost all of them from the first review lol. Although I disagree about Riverdale being bad after the first season, that is a common complaint among the fanbase. Heartstopper is awesome as well. Not sure who's giving that show negative reviews lol.
@@bagsesesesas omg r u dense? the ppl were guessing shows that werent when they were supposed to be guessing netflix shows. for example the summer i turned pretty, gossip girl arent on netflix
@@ciararapp WHERE in the video did they have to guess the summer I turned pretty or gossip girl, cause i just done speed watched again it and im not seeing it
Round 3, the first review was not needed..I don’t know why you guys decided that was the review to use. It gave 0 plot to go off of, only thing it gave was the person’s personal opinion that they found the children unattractive, mainly the girls.
I'm gutted that they all seemed to have slept on Sex Education. It's such a brilliant show. I wish I had something akin to it when I was a sullen, wayward teen. Also, how did they not guess Wednesday off the bat after the review mentioned Burton?!
