can you shower and swim with your hair system? 

Thank you, its abit denser than usual, as its fairly new system, in about month time... It would shed enough to make it less dense :)

Yes i find the hair comes off when i brush it while its wet, specially when it comes with Poly system... So i just wash the system 1x a week and dry shampoo 2x during that time....

@@Fabianohair your hair is most fragile when its wet coming out of the shower. You want to pat dry your hair with a towel, then gently comb with a wide tooth comb or bristle brush - as - you blowdry it.

Which system do you wear and from which store

Well yes and no. I take a warm shower with a shower cap on and then I switch to my hand held sprayer and drop the water temperature to tepid almost cool and wash my hair with that. I think you get problems with loose hair after showering if you are washing it with too warm or hot water. Poly bases swell allowing the hair to be pulled out of the base easier for example. I think lace knots also get affected by water temperature. Cold water can cause hair knotting and also the cuticle of the hair to close up not letting enough conditioner to get through. But tepid temp water has worked well for me and I have almost no noticeable shedding. I also pay dry and comb/style right after showering. I start first with an extra wide tooth comb. I comb through everything gently and get all the hair combed down in its general direction and ensure no knots. Then I switch to a finer tooth comb and do a comb through. This also helps spread around the spray in leave in conditioner or UV protectant. Then I take a soft brush to do my regular styling. I DO NOT ever use a blow dryer especially after showering because the tape and glue needs to cool down and re-bond if it got too warm in the shower which is what causes the lifting post shower. Plus my body temp runs very warm as it is. Finally, I wash it two to three times a week and spray with water from a water bottle the other days to restyle. If I exercise or something then I will either rinse or wash again as needed.
