Showering and even swimming is not a problem when you wear a hair system. Water is not going to make your hair system fall off or damage it. That means you can wash your hair as if it was your own. However, you should be mindful of a few things as Juha demonstrates. Do not be too forceful when shampooing and pat dry your hair as opposed to vigorously drying your hair with a towel, for example. Adopting these techniques will help reduce hair shedding and damage to the hair which will increase the lifespan of your hair system.
