If youre looking in the comments an answer: no, you cannot download videos on the switch, this is inexplicably a tutorial about how to connect your RU-vid to a Vudu or Prime account (which has nothing to do with your SD card or downloading movies)

@@JohnSmith-jg5qd Think the term for that is called "doing a mr boss" like for real ask anyone and they would say the short answer is no you cant you can only watch youtube and streaming services and videos you have already payed for. the fact that can all be summed up in one sentence yet it takes this guy 9 mins to explain just tells me that this is done for ad revinue not to actuly inform people about stuff.

info is good, but please equalize the sound levels...i had to increase the volume for the first part and when you went to TV mode you broke my ears. It is very simple in post edit to equalize sound levels, you should do that

except the games being physical chips means the boards can be replicated as they have been, won't post the name but there IS A WAY to get around their DRM. It likely means physical games are nearly a thing of the past, basically for this reason.

Look if someone could find the format they allow you to screen record you can in theory reformat videos to that and watch them don't ever think something is impossible and don't relie on RU-vid

Well, going into the files and looking at the filename extension shows that they just use MP4, so unless you're not referring to that kind of format, that shouldn't really be an issue. Or are you talking about the way the files are systematically named?
