Good vid dude. Absolutely can do with a battery saw. Ask August!! Have no problem with control and precision running a Husky T540i…100’ + Pines skinned and topped on one battery, no problem. It did take some getting used to, I’ll admit. Also love running the gas T540. No reason to dog one or the other. If we all want to gang up on the politicians and their B.S. mandates, I’m in.
With a good battery and narrow kerf chain, the 540i is impressive, and less fatiguing on a long day. I held out for quite a while on the battery saw…seems to be the top handle I pull from the truck first these days. Just my 2cents.
Stihl 200 T .Best powerful climbing saw ever made. Electric saws are really only good for appeasing noise complaints in built up areas and for homeowner work. otherwise I prefer the little Echo 2500 gas saw for small stuff.. Noticeably no battery saws are ever used in Forestry.
