Hello, I got married in 2010 and got my permanent greencard in 2013. My ex divorced me and wrote wrong address on all the documents as if I didn't live with him since 2012. So he made it look like we only spent 10 days short of 2 years together instead of 6. I also have proof we continued to live together until 2019 because divorce was fraud and I didn't know about divorce. My immigration attorneys told me that 2012 date might hurt my naturalization process. Do you have any opinion on this? Thank you.
My husband of 14 yrs toasted me after three yrs of getting his card. Actually he kept going back to his county. We have two children. I feel scammed but mostly for my children.
I married the 1st time to an american citizen She knew I can only work in this country and would have serious problems if got arrested for any reason so she started extort me and threaten me with police whenever she felt like it. Long story short we are separated cause she went to police (looking to get a protection order against me with false accusations) that I made her feel unsafe . I have that case dismissed in court since she didn't have any supporting evidence.
Hello dear I already received my 10 year green about 8 month ago now I received a notice says my case i751 was transferred to another office. Form I-797C I’m confused 🤔
How will I know I’m in a marriage fraud when I’m from other country? How will I get divorced if it’s a marriage fraud? My K1 fiancé visa is a marriage fraud!
What happens when you marry an immigrant from Africa and the wedding was a fake marriage and I did a complaint to immigration stating that I live in I mean in the Bronx area and he lives in New Jersey area would that still mess up his him for receiving his green card
My ex came in a k1 and left 3 weeks after we got married. Within 6 months was with another woman and having a baby with her. I’ve tried to get help from USCIS and can’t get anyone to contact me. I’ve reported online and sent several letters. Nothing
Hi I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Reporting concerns to USCIS regarding immigration-related issues can sometimes take time, and it might require persistence. If you've already submitted reports online and sent letters without a response, you might consider seeking help from legal experts or immigration attorneys who could assist you in addressing the situation and getting the attention of USCIS.
Same thing happened to me .. he filled the whole application on own and said I was crazy . It was hard for me ti go beck to work .. I became paranoid,, and I have a nursing degree and I’m scared ti go back to work
They dont care. My marriage was in bad faith and I reported it by writing multiple emails and letters I mailed to USCIS. They ignored my reports and removed conditions anyway. Later she got citizenship as well. USCIS has proven to me they do not care about marriage fraud.
