To the best of my knowledge it is still June 25th. What is not clear however is if it is effective on the date of sale of a property or upon the date of closing. I suspect it will be date of closing, when title changes hands. This makes it almost impossible to sell and close prior to June 25, 2024, thereby generating more tax for the feds.
