Bodily movements (not bowel movements) occur within a "cone of probability" where equilibrium is sustained. The principle of least action buffers all ranges of motion and emotions as excitations occur in discrete quantities. Learners don't need to know the details of the physics, but good instruction is based on competent knowledge of physical, cognitive (mental) and affective (emotional) excitation.
