Once civic duty was buried and forgotten, the Criminal Cartels instantly owned Canada and the 3% daycare stop signs, 3% primary school stop signs, 3% high school stop signs and 3% college and university stop signs - testify to our growing civic negligence. The 3% business school stop signs and the 3% law school stop signs match the provincial capital city school stop signs and the federal capital city youth are perpetually condemned to streets full of lawless civil servants and their lawless families speeding, jaywalking and blowing stop signs. What a fine way to terrorize our young patriots! In Vancouver our 95% rates of families speeding past the Vancouver Children's Hospital testify to our lust for dead kids and looking the other way. The Directors at this hospital are disgusted. Everyone is disgusted - but just as Canadian tourists break every traffic law known to mankind, the parents in Canada are immune to civic duty and transporting children legally. Our fabulous multi-billion dollar Trans-Canada Hiway has a major hallucination and no one wants to trouble the public with this nightmare. When cars come off the hiway, the drivers and passengers experience Velocitization - which is caused by the inner ear (Vestibular Structure) and they see everything in slow motion. So they cut off cyclists, pedestrians and local urban drivers. This perpetual terror is a major concern of the President of Young Driver's of Canada, who says no one is interested in talking about it. So, Mr Peter Christianson ( a former race car driver who's father died in a car accdent when he was young) will retire soon and will then think that we are pikers, as well as our media being hopelessly guilty of not interesting us in our bloodthirsty hiway hallucinations. Ditto the 3% school stop signs. On Vancouver Island, the popular tourist city of Port Alberni is where the 3% school stop signs helped in the daily beating of two teens - who then went forth and murdered tourists to show their gratitude for a fabulous country who's citizens are deeply unconcerned about their safety and teen safety. In Alberta's happy capital city, the youth finally got 30 kph school speed zones around 10 years ago. The last city in North America to enjoy youth safety, due to a Province where the Federal Government is the enemy and Canada Day is spent buying and using maple leaf toilet paper and maple leaf doormats. Tourists of course love the total lack of ethics and corruption.
