What about the language test how do you get it done in Ghana?

You can do it at the British Consulate in Kumasi, Accra and Tema

For BC express entry do you need a job offer from a company in the province

No, you don't need a job offer, but you will need to show that you have atleast $12000 Canadian dollars to be able to survive in Canada before you find a job

Did u have any one in Canada? Why is that it's mostly Asians given a go ahead to apply and most employers go to look for Labour in Asia and Africans are not given so much chance.

No, he didn't know anyone here, neither did i. I know that in our countries you need to know someone who knows someone to get something.The immigration programs are point based systems. If you reach a certain amount of points they invite you, they don't know anyone personally. Yes, there are many Asians here but a lot of them are coming on Entrepreneurial permits because they have a lot of money and they are coming to start businesses. They are coming to create jobs. My best advice is always think of Canada as an equal opportunity place. If they say no, figure out what is missing and do better on your next application or presentation. If you think Asians are getting accepted more, then figure out what they are doing to succeed and copy it so you can also succeed. I wish you luck my brother.
