I gave my medical and biometric in March 2021 which supposedly is the last formality leading into the processing, after which there has been a dead silence, almost 9 months have passed and it’s becoming difficult now, you can’t plan your future or make any decisions because you are unsure about everything!

How do you apply for PNP? Is there a separate application for that? I was under the impression that a province will pick applicants from the express entry pool based on job profile and invIte them through PNP. Am I missing something?

Superb information u people r giving . It's fact. My son is on student visa . At Edmonton. Myself and my wife have applied for visitor visa. Biometric done on 9th Oct 2021, wht time will it take for PPR ? Can guide what shd we do ? We have remain as PR in 2004 . It's expired now

I think Canada's immigration policies are terribly misguided....as Canada cannot even provide housing to Canadian citizens. Yet we continue to allow rich foreigners to buy housing and drive up the housing prices even further. These policies make no sense at all. I lived overseas for over a decade, and I can tell you....that foreign gov'ts patently do not give the rights and privileges that Canada does to 'guests' looking for a better opportunity in OUR country. Often times these foreigners come with a great sense of entitlement...when they come to our country for a better opportunity. Foreigners often times seem to feel that Canada's success means that Canada owes foreigners something...when we do not! Our success was built on our efforts and hard work...We owe no foreigner or foreign country anything! If your country has a bad economy or gov't, that's NOT Canada's fault or responsibility......so I advise foreigners to come to MY country with respect for OUR VALUES and social principles.....as any proper guest should know with a little common sense!

My Son received ITA in November 2020 and submitted application with all required documents. His biometric was completed in March 2021. But till now we have not heard anything. Will you please tell us what has happened. When do you think he will be getting his PPR. Regards.

The same for me and my family. And our medical already expired as well as the language test. I am not sure if I have to redo all that. It is really not our fault if they didn't process the file until now. I don't wanna pay extra money because of them.

I had received ITA in 2020 before the pandemic, and had submitted all the required documents such as biometrics, medical etc. I had to receive some communication from them by may but due to the pandemic I didn't hear anything from them. Now last month I got a mail stating that they need my medical again, so wanted to ask if this is the way for them to restart application processing for fsw candidates? And any idea if anything else will be required?

I am in a similar situation gave my medical in February 2021, followed by biometric in March, I haven’t been yet asked to do the medical test again, but was asked to upload my vaccination certificate after which there has again been no communication!

All are assumtions . My score is 470 and 2173 NOC in express entry pool since one and half year still no fsw or invitation. They are fulfillng plumbers and carpenter and they say it is a unique skill 😛

People at the end of the day want to migrate canada. Whether it's ee of PNP, why can't people apply for PNP and get a invite ? Since ee is not happening. I think it's foolish move to wait for fsw and wise move to apply for PNP. It shows people are not trying different routes. Canada immigration haven't failed. They are successful with 2021. Happy New year

I have applied through PNP. Got my invite. Than went through express entry and gave them all my documents including the medical exam and no news since April last year. All my documents already expired and I have no news from them. It's not working.

@Dr REDDY I don’t understand this trust thing. You want to immigrate to a country but you know there’s a pandemic going around, so every country is on high alert and they will do whatever possible to protect their citizens. The fact that Canada will be focusing on CEC and PNP was also announced. And the only investment is on WES and IELTS, the other investments come only after receiving an ITA. Again, I don’t understand the scam.

@@sobysoby5083as our crs points are really low, we are planning to apply in Alberta, what do you suggest? Because of our age criteria and other factors, we are getting only 325 points. So no other option. We can't apply directly. As CRS cut off are always more than 470 +
