Is it possible to receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) more than once with the same Express Entry (EE) application, or is it necessary to withdraw the current EE application and submit a new one if an NOI was received in the first application but the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) was unfortunately not submitted within 45 days?

Without a second thought grab the OiNP and get those 600 points in your kitty no one can predict the draw cutoffs in future.

Hello Mr. Kubeir, I have a query. I have received an NOI from OINP. I know I need to request WES to share my ECA report with OINP. But is it mandate to note attention to MCIIT? I missed that step and I wonder if that will hinder my application.

Hello Kubeir, if IRCC is not going to announce any BILL C-19 categories, will there be a way to make the assessment on what Categories will the BILL C-19 have for a certain time period, given the News, given economic Factors inside Canada (Health Care Shortage inside Ontario is a given and that is why OINP - also had Healthcare Draws). Will some ICCRC registered Consultant have some data to analyse which Categories will the BILL C-19 have and based on that intelligence can they advise their clients more effectively? Awesome advice.:) As Oinp declares a range of crs eg 450-490. I had 488 so i got oinp noi. Meanwhile i got ielts result and my score increased to 491. Now if i update this score in EE , will i become ineligible for OINP? Should I update my score or not. As increasing my score increases the chances of EE but will it make me ineligble for oinp ? My oinp file is in decission -in - progress status.

Hello! Please assist if possible! I have received NOI from Ontario for 2173 NOC. My total work experience in express entry is from August 2015 to May 2020 for the same one organisation. However, for OINP condition of last five years I have total exp (March 2018 to May 2020) of 2 Years 2 Months. Please help, am I good to accept the NOI? Am I fulfilling the condition of continous one year experience in last five years? Do I need to prove 3 years work experience in last five years too for OINP as I have claimed 3+ exp in express entry profile? Thanks in advance.

Hii sir we applied vistiar visa fr my brother in sep and it got rejected on 24 oct. And he started working on 1 oct. But we did not updated the file. But we reapplied visa this month again. Is there is going to be any issue as we mentioned this time he has been working frm 1 oct.

sir my work experience reference letter doesn't mention the (end date) because at the time i got the letter i was still employed there. but the (date issued) has been written. so when you subtract (date issued) from the (start date) you get the 1 year. will this be a problem? should i request my employer to rewrite it for me and include the (end date)?

Thank you for your valuable advice sir. i am proceeding with the OINP application and i have one doubt . I am still waiting for my employment letter from my current employer who i am showing as work experience for past 6 months and proof of funds. i have my job offer letter with company's name and my payslips up to date . can i submit my application without the letter ? i am planning to provide them with my letter as soon as i get it and i am writing the whole reason in my letter of explanantion.
