Very useful content. If you are thinking about Canada and till the time you get your Citizenship a must watch channel. One suggestion for Candidates start gathering your documents atleast 6 months in advance of when you apply. Getting PCC and Work letters can take time or challenging. Start early. When i apply for Citizenship surely taking your services
Thanks for all these informations I have a question: I have received an invitation to apply for permanent residency under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) but I think I made mistake with my firstname I'm Belgian and I have 5 firstnames but on my passport only the first 2 and the first letter of the third one are writted and in my form for the express entry I have only writte the firts one Do I change it and if yes by how many of my firstnames ? And how can I do that because everything seems lock and I see a message saying I have to click on the "change family informations" but I cant find it :(
I completed my studies in August 2023 and have been working a full-time permanent job since January 2023. I understand that from Jan to August due to my study, the exp won't be counted. But despite being 1 year from August 2023 now (as it is Sep 2024), my profile still doesn't reflect 1 year of Canadian work exp scores. Why is that?

Hey, Kubeir. Thank you for your video. We applied for a PNP program, and to do so, we first had to create an Express Entry account to get our Express Entry Profile number. I uploaded all necessary documents to claim my points. I applied with my wife, but since she hadn't done any diploma verifications, we claimed zero points for her, as advised. After receiving a nomination and ITA, my Express Entry account required more detailed information, including all personal and travel history. My question is: since we didn’t claim any points for my wife initially, do we need to include her "Work History" and "Study and Language" sections now? If we do, the system asks for all necessary documents. I’m confused because I thought points were collected before receiving the ITA. The system still mentions calculating scores based on education and work history. Do we need to upload all documents for my wife now, or is it enough to include her experience under Personal History?
I appreciate your content on Express Entry, but there’s a major gap that I, and many others, are struggling with. I only have 1560 hours of continuous student skilled work experience in Canada, which meets the minimum eligibility for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program but doesn’t qualify for points under work experience. I’m trying to create my EE profile to be considered under FSW, not Canadian Experience Class (CEC), but the options are confusing. Hello Kubeir, i got layedoff from a canadian company that I claimed work experience for 5 months in CEC category . The company gave me an employment letter without including roles and responsibilities, salary per annum, hour. However, job title, period of work is included. Cannot contact manager due to my termination. What to do, please suggest
Hi Kubeir, I recently received ITA under CEC. When I created my EE I said yes to 'Do you have a job offer?' and said no to 'Do you have a LMIA?' so I didn't receive any points for arranged employment. Post ITA I realized I should have just said no to the first question itself. Even though I do have a job offer I don't have a LMIA or any arranged employment. Please keep in mind that I did not receive any points for this. How do I fix this and submit my profile without getting refused? Any feedback on this is really appreciated. Thanks
Hello Kubeir , I need your advise !! I recently received my ITA and when working on submitting my application noticed an issue where the company i used to submit my express entry profile made a typo when it came to one of the modules of language results . This will have a small negative impact on my CRS score however i will still be well above the cut off score with my actual scores !! What do i do ?? I don't want to get rejected and wanted to know if i should i decline my invitation or go ahead and submit the correct scores with a LOE
Hi, Two questions - 1. I have worked as a software engineer for 3 years before my MBA but now for the past 7 years, my work experience has been as a Business Analyst/Consultant. Can I still make my quite old Software engineer as my primary noc occupation? 2. I started working for Firm A and then Firm B acquired my team from Firm A.. the Firm B has included my experience in the total experience in the reference letter. But in my EE profile I have added the two work experiences separately. My profile got expired and I am creating a new profile, should I now show the total work experience with Firm B?
Hi sir, I’m in the process of arranging Employment Reference Letters for my PR application. My query here is if I have the same NOC code in 2 different firms, is it ok to mention the same duties and responsibilities in both the letters? Or would that raise an issue?
Extremely helpful content yet again. I have received my ITA under FSW and had a query. Is there a problem if I remove 1 of my work experience entries when submitting my application? The reason being the roles and responsibilities mentioned on the reference letter I received from the company does not really match with the NOC it is under. Can I just move this job under personal history and provide LOE? Removing this experience does not affect my eligibility or points since I have 3.5 years of experience from 2 other NOCs. I took reference letter from my last employer in 2022, just heard that employer changed his entire business on the same gst & business name he had earlier, but entire different business, was paid in cash, have the cash certificate, reference letter, offer letter, salary slips, NOC from university while joining this employer, but business stream of employer has totally flipped, when I worked for it, it was a massive medical equipment distribution company, due to heavy losses, they closed it in 2022, and on same name and gst no., started clothing manufacturing on different location, how can I prove it now?

Regarding the "Changes post receiving an ITA" section, For an EE CEC application, can I modify the response from "yes" to "no" for the question "Does [Applicant] have a job offer in Canada"? The initial "yes" was mentioned mistakenly because it wasn't clear that a valid job offer must be backed by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). However, this change doesn't affect the score as the answer for "Was a positive LMIA issued for the job offer in Canada?" was already "no" initially. Also, would I need a LOE for the same?

Yes I do have the same question. After submitting e-APR and receiving AOR. Can we travel back to the country (non-resident)? Does that affect the PCC status. Hi Kubeir! if one is nominated by OINP as a CEC candidate then will that person be also considered and eligible for CEC draw or only PNP? i.e. if before OINP nomination the person was a CEC with 473 CRS and then OINP nomination gives 600 points, now the score goes above 1000, if there is a CEC draw at around 500, will that person be invited to apply or only eligible for PNP now after receiving nomination? Great video as always! I received my ITA when I had 3 years and almost 3 months of experience. I am unable to get proper documentation for one of my work experiences which is of 4 months. Can I wait for a month to submit my eAPR and remove the 4 month experience? Would it be an issue since if I had removed the experience before I got an ITA, i wouldn't have received the ITA? Hello sir, Regarding Proof of Funds document Does it have to be dated within 30 days of submission of eAPR or any date post ITA should be fine? I got my POF document post ITA however i will submit my application after PCC which is taking longer and could make the POF document older than 30 days before submission.

For a CEC candidate, what should be entered in the Primary NOC code, if the work experience NOC is different from the NOC for the job offer post PR. Assuming job offer NOC gives higher CRS points.
Me, my spouse and my 4 year old kid currently living in Canada. I am planning to apply PR through express entry. Currently, my CRS is 480 (including my spouse). If I don’t include my spouse (i.e. Spouse Not Accompanying), my points goes up to 489. Is it wise to apply without accompanying spouse and later on sponsor my spouse and dependent child?

Hi Kuber, I have applied for Alberta opportunity stream, and waiting to get nomination with 7 months Alberta work experience. 1) Can I apply EE simultaneously showing I have interest in moving to Alberta only.? 2) After AOS does the points get added to express entry federal file or it will go the non express entry processing? .
In 2023 you have to have a 7 in each language category of the IELTS, don't get it twisted. I myself initially thought the minimum is 7 ALL TOGETHER, but that's a bunch of misinformation out there right now. It needs to be 7 for each category, it's so ridicolous because you could have a 9 in speaking, but if you happen to have a 6,5 in writing you are disqualified regardless if you are a scientist with 3 million dollars in your bank account. It's all laughable, forget Canada. They say it's easiest country but that's a lie...it's probably easier to go the moon !
