@@MohamedRynx8 so? Will we let terrorists take %44 of our country? Only for us to become weaken? Those freedom things you know are not the purpose of kurdistan. Stop being a clown
It’s obvious now that Quebec leaving would have been the best thing for Canada. Freeloading corruption laden province that has saddled the country with the worst politicians in history.
Why using the French flag? There is the Québec flag, "Le Fleurdelisé". Same with people talking about Québec and putting the cliché French music. We speak French in Québec but our culture is not France culture. It's as wrong as putting Spain flag over Mexico or UK flag over USA.
Texas isn't trying to rebel from american don't trust everything you see in the internet they are making it sound like it's much worse then it actually is everyone gets into arguments but they end arguments to it's just part of his life is
I believe catalonia does also. Spent a year there working 15 years ago and many wanted to be separated from Spain but Spain won't grant a vote. Also I think many in texas would like it
Chechnya no way, they are pretty much Russian patriots now and receive a lot of money from Russian budget. Couple of thousands of fighters of Chechnya wars living in Europe or fighting in Ukraine don't represent the majority. Russia know how to integrate peoples and same will happen to Southern and Eastern Ukraine in 10-20 years
Western Australia has lots of mineral resources enabling it to be an economically viable country. But the low population and vast territory to defend create too much risk to becoming independent. Australia as it is could hold out on it's own in a war in the short term. But Western Australia trying to defend itself on it's own would crumble quickly.
As a Canadian from Alberta I would love to see Quebec leave Canada. I also would support Alberta separating. When your provinces generates 162B in GDP with 10% of Canadas population amd only has 6 seats in the house of representatives out of over 300 there is ZERO equal representation. We would be fine on our own .
As a French I love French Canadians or Quebecois Their accent is to die for and we have a strong cultural connection as many artists from Quebec are well known and part of our culture …on top or the list, Madame Céline Dion …of course 🌺🙏
Quebec has waaaaayyy tooooo much to lose if it separates from confederation. On the other hand the taxes of other provinces will go back to them instead of being heavily funnelled into Quebec.
@@Politography Nope, that's the most common American pronunciation, but it's completely different to how most of the rest of the world pronounces it (including Iranians), which is more like "e-rahn".

@@explaination2there are no separation movements 😂 what are you on? 😂 Many people I have met from Balochistan and Sindh they never said they need independence
Only Duterte wants to separate and even Duterte himself later admitted that he was not serious about it, lol! Rodrigo Duterte is a freakin' clown, lol! 🤡
Not gonna happen because even Rodrigo Duterte admitted that he was not serious about it and he didn't want to dismember the country! Duterte is a freakin' clown! 🤡
The Quebecois know they are Canadian, they're the oldest Europeans in colonial North America. A lot of Canadians don't view the Quebecois as Canadian ironically. The reason for the referendums were more culturally significant, complicated and extremely oversimplified in this video. A francophone community, surrounded by anglophone North America that bashes it for everything they do. Quebec is extremely liberal compared to most of Canada, which I know shocks a lot of people. Secondly, let's not forget that when the Meech Lake accords were signed (IN the province of Quebec) the government had extremely high tensions with Quebec😅. French had only recently become an official language of Canada. A lot of Quebecers felt unwelcomed in English Canada, and frankly that is still seen today. I'm an English Quebecer, but when I travel and say I'm from Quebec people automatically find the worst things to say and bash the province without knowing its history or trying to understand their issues from a cultural perspective. Imagine it like someone wanting a divorce because you don't care about them, yet Canadians use Quebecois traditions and customs all the time without realising it and call them "Canadian".
This is especially ironic since it’s a name that was stolen from us by colonial Canada in a quest for its own identity. Canada, the dollar tree version of America.
@@MrTyrapjohnsonThe true origin of the word Canada, came from the native (Mainly the Huron-Iroquois), the word Kanata, that they used to describes '' Settlements alongs the Saint Lawrence River'' Then it became Kanada, Canada.
As somebody living in Quebec, I think most people have dropped that idea and recognize that it would be pretty stupid, except for a preserving the culture point of view, but we’d lose on every other point
😂 Right. Canadian here, from Atlantic Canada. Quebec has no more notion of seceding from Canada than I have of going to the moon. Every time they rattle the separation saber, it's to blackmail concessions from the federal government, whether language based or monetary. Nice music btw.
I don't think Quebec wants to leave Canada currently but if the current Liberal government stays in power and everything continues to be unaffordable and the country is flooded with more immigrants and refugees that can't speak english or french Quebec may want to leave again and I wouldn't blame them but just like how a US state can't leave the union same sort of applies for Canadian provinces
Tbh it depends about whats going to happen in the next few years, but you cant compare The us and canada on the right to leave, As an exemple Texas joined the usa because they wanted to, quebec was annexed into a colony..
Also, technically a Canadian province *can* leave the federation. It is HIGHLY unlikely but plausible, it means that every province must agree and vote yes for them to separate after a successful referendum, which even though the Albertan-Quebecer tensions are high, both rely on each other so much it would be silly for Alberta to vote yes. Also, the government makes it extremely difficult to understand 😂. laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/c-31.8/page-1.html
I hope so. As a western Canadian I really feel like it’s just time to call a truce and separate. I don’t think it’s Exclusively the people of the country that want to stop it I think it’s business interests as well. In any case I will not exercise myself over this Canadian cabaret.
Kurds are Iranic people. It is more likely that as soon as Turkey collapses and splits into pieces, Iran will invite the Kurdish people of Turkey to merge with it while maintaining full autonomy. Iranians are the closest people to Kurds ethnically, Lingually, and traditionally.
They should really be more focussed on unity instead of separatism, this will just hurt the economy and the population and all that just because of pride
@JmKrokY no, I've seen what happens when pepole think of the economy. They end up working two jobs or have to have 3 roommates to get by but are told that the GDP is up so the economy is boomin.
Quebec gets more from taxation than it pays, so its highly advantageous to remain part of Canada There is a problem in Quebec as with the rest of Canada, and demographically not enough children to carry on a culture, mass immigration is changing the numbers and "uniqueness" fast, as reflected in language laws and other policies.
This is on going since the battle on the plains of Abraham french are afraid of losing their culture but their not having kids and most immigrants who come want to be successful so English is there focus. Becoming an independent country will not stop there saving their culture.
An Alberta separation is not feasible. Alberta is treaty land, which is protected under the Indian Act. There would likely be a housing crash with people who want to stay Canadian leaving the province. They are landlocked between Canada and the United States, better hope they’re included in NAFTA. If Brexit was any indication on why separating is a poor decision, Alberta wouldn’t do it. But the separatists in Alberta are ignorant to the logistics of such a move
