Well in glasgow we saw your Mounties in London leading the funeral procession.I am from Glasgow the links between our Country's is inseparable esp when i hear the Pipes and Drums. So many Highland regiments from Canada during the 1st and 2nd World wars you came back home and did so much to help us in dreadful times.I feel sorry for all the Canadians that never came home and for the veterans who got back to Canada leaving friends and comrades in France be assured they will never be forgotten by this Glaswegian 🇨🇦🇬🇧🏴.
Nor by this fellow Brit. If it was not for Canada, the UK could have starved during WWII. It stood shoulder to shoulder with the UK immediately after war was declared in 1939.
Bloody well done the Canadians! The Commonwealth contingent in the London parade looked superb and was very well received and the whole parade led out by the Mounties. Her Majesty would have loved the swirl of the bagpipes and she held Canada in a very special place in her heart. Que Dieu bénisse le Canada. Que Dieu sauve le Roi.
Thank you so much to our brothers and sisters in Canada there was a reason OUR late Queen wanted the Great Royal Mounted to be the Head of her funeral cortege Your officers done your country proud.
Walking 75 paces to the minute not easy but very well executed by the Canadian Armed Forces, as this was in London by all the military armed forces taking part.
Mounties always make a great sight. If Canada chooses to drop ties with the monarchy thats fine its called democracy. But our mutually historic ties will remain. E.G. my uncle was English but flew in the RCAF his Wellington was shot down on his 5th mission. In his crew was both Canadians and Australians they all died together , brothers in arms .
They should leave. Never seen a march of so many - who didn't want to be there. And considering the crimes of the pathetic British and their monarchy - it's not all that surprising to see a lack of desire, pride or enthusiasm. Canadians have nothing to be proud of, their people and nation are a laughing stock. Attached to a dead old bag and fading set of hasbeens. China on the other hand is on the rise. The PLA march with pride because they are the cutting edge forefront of military discipline and enthusiasm. Just go and watch the stark differences in both skill, attitude and numbers of participants. They are the Empire of the future. You'd all do well to respect your betters in that regard. Having said all of that then, it may surprise you to know that myself and my family - have suffered under communism and have no real love for them. However. We have even less for those who have no respect for themselves. From your western lies about Russia and the origins of that war (Bidens warmongering, same as Blair) across to the pitiful admiration for a expired past (you have no real respect so why should we) there's simply no 'worth' in the west now. You're a self loathing and politically broken people. Who are rude when you travel. Obnoxious to others and there's really nothing of merit remaining. It's a shame. Just how disgusting you've all become. You won't win the next world war. You cant even decide what a woman is in your part of the world and call political opponents 'Nazi's - because you aren't educated. You're brainwashed. Get back to the world - when you're worth something. When your traditions are living. Not worn out relics. As you say over in the west, 'Cheers'. Oh and by the way - do tell the person at the end there, that his 'Union Flag' is the wrong way round.
For all of us British people,Canada were British subjects up to 1946,the rest of our Commonwealth were loyal followers of King and country,God bless them all.🇬🇧👍
hey guys i’m from Canada, and i just wanted to say thank you for the support, Queen Elizabeth would’ve loved this parade held in Ottawa… she was the best queen anyone could ask for. She was gentle, kind, caring, and had a very funny personality. Rest in Peace Queen Elizabeth II, we will continue ur legacy to the world
When a reigning monarch or a significant royal figure passes away, it is customary for Commonwealth countries like Canada to hold various ceremonies and events to pay their respects and honor the individual's memory. These events can include military parades, memorial services, and the lowering of flags to half-mast. If Queen Elizabeth II were to pass away, Canada might organize a military parade in Ottawa, the capital city, as a way to pay tribute to her life and reign. Such a parade would typically involve various elements, including: Troops: Canadian Armed Forces personnel, including the army, navy, and air force, would participate in the parade. Bands: Military bands would provide musical accompaniment, playing national anthems and other appropriate music. Ceremonial Units: These units might include the Governor General's Foot Guards, the Canadian Grenadier Guards, and other ceremonial units that play a role in state and royal ceremonies. Dignitaries: Government officials, diplomats, and other dignitaries would attend and possibly participate in the ceremony. Public Attendance: Members of the public would be invited to attend and pay their respects along the parade route. Flags: Flags would be flown at half-mast as a sign of mourning. Salutes: There would be gun salutes and other military honors as part of the ceremony. The specific details of such a parade would depend on various factors, including the wishes of the royal family, the government's plans, and the prevailing protocols and traditions at the time. Additionally, the event would be organized with great care and respect to honor the memory of Queen Elizabeth II.

La reine avait reçu en cadeau un de ces superbe cheval qu'elle affectionnait. Une statu fut érigée en 1992 sur la colline parlementaire pour immortaliser cette amour. Il fût le deuxième d'un total de huit.

It is my, humble belief more parades of our forces should be conducted in our capital. Why should displays like this be only in mourning? How do we not celebrate every month of our righteous military and its servicemen regularly? :Lunacy to me .
