For many, Canada is not the final destination, USA is. After becoming Canadian, if you work in one of 63 eligible occupations under USMCA agreement, you can work in USA as a temporary worker via 3-yr TN-1 visa. With US job offer, TN-1 visa can be obtained at US-Canada border or airport for about $60. It can be renewed as many times as necessary. Some eligible professions are: Accountant, Architect, Computer Systems Analyst, Engineer, Hotel Manager, Designers (Graphic, Industrial, and Interior), Lawyer, Librarian, Management Consultant, Mathematician, Research Assistant, Scientific Technician/Technologist, Social Worker, Registered Nurse, etc.
It's not easy to get a job in US. Also, the companies need to provide support letter for which they need lawyers and they avoid that. It's not that easy
I used to follow this guy before 2022 and i came in 2022 here in canada And trust me guys he's good person but too positive It's very difficult here and most probably not worth
Bhai can you make a video on how to apply for PR step by step or how to apply spousal visa what documents are needed from India from here it will be more helpful. 😅
Hello Sir, I have 2 years of Canadian work experience and my scores are 472 and my work visa is valid for 4 months only. Can you suggest me what should I do. I am in Ontario right now.
I am 19 years old now. I just joined college. My dream is to go abroad and live there. But my parents don't have money to send me abroad to study. So I wish I can grow up myself and save money and go to work abroad. Let's see if this ordinary middle class family boy's dream does come true or not.😢😢😢💔💔💔
People are moving to Europe now..more better options , salaries diversified jobs ,easy process to go , better education...friendly people and environment... half education fee compared to US UK canada... moreover government colleges are free..EU gives you option to educate work in any 28 countries once u enter europe.
Please stop misguiding people on how great this country is and collecting views on "canada PR" catchy lines Talk about house prices talk about inflation talk about food unaffordability talk about in how bad situations most of the immigrants and new students are talk about how there are no job opportunities talk about how the so called Canadian college education isn't of much value in canada itself and then we shall see how much of views can be scored on truth

Ontario is a poor choice. More than 50% of international students are in Ontario fighting for jobs. Ontario PNP (OINP) is difficult because it has so many applicants. If applying for PNP and employer is inside Greater Toronto Area, it needs to have $1 million annual gross revenue, be in business for 3 years at the time of your application, has minimum 5 fulltime employees, and performed reasonable recruitment effort of locals before hiring you. You can't just work for any employer if applying for Ontario PNP.
@@ManpreetKaur-ds2zc In June 2023, Peterborough, Ontario, has the highest jobless rate among all Ontario major cities. Its jobless rate was 7.4%, whereas Canada's average was 5.4%.
HELLO SIR IMPORTANT QUESTION. IF I AM ALREADY HERE IN CANADA AND COMPLETING 4 YEAR UNDERGRADUATE DEGREE, AFTER MY STUDY AND AFTER POST GRADUATION WORK PERMIT, CAN I GO TO CALGARY TO ENJOY EASY BENEFITS FOR GETTING PR?
For students studying in busy provinces like BC and ON, Can they switch to another province once they get their PGWP? (For an easier chance at getting PNP/PR)
In 2023, IRCC announced 24 prioritized STEM occupations. They are mostly CS, IT, data scientists, cybersecurity, web developers, and engineers. If you work in any of the 24 STEM occupations, you will have lower CRS cutoff. In the last STEM occupation draw, CRS cutoff was 486. Contrarily, the last two "all program" EE draws, CRS cutoffs were 511 and 505. For these prioritized occuption draws, you need only 6 months of Canadian (or abroad) experience in your relevant occupation instead of 1 year.
@@smwk2017 Hey thanks for your information! Well, I am into Marketing and my job doesn't come under this category. My question is that, as Mr.Gursahib mentioned that he doesn't show his Indian experience while applying for PR application. But did he show that while applying for the Study permit?
Yes but the issue is, I was working as a freelancer for 3 years. Though I show that while applying for study permit but for PR application it will not count as full time experience so I am thinking to go without that.
@@surajit937 You decide what is best for you. For the 82 prioritized occupations, IRCC considers experience both in Canada and aboard. Also, it is 6 months of experience in relevant occupation instead of 1 year.
I have lived in Canada as an international student for almost 5 years. If I apply for my PR after a year or two, do I need to still need to get a PCC from my home country ?
My question is- I have completed my Post-Graduation Diploma of 2 years and have a Bachelor's Degree from India. Is it mandatory to get ECA done if filing for PR under CEC category?
RUSSIA me language visa student ko easy mil jata h suna hu, University me addmsn 2 lakh me ho jata h, Russia Asan h jana agr Russian language sikh li jaye to pr easy milta h
Bhai Sahab, I have a query: I will soon apply for a work permit in Canada from India. My passport address is from location A and the permanent/present address is from location B. Can you please suggest if it is mandatory to apply for a police clearance certificate from location A (where I don't live right now)? Will it be a problem if I will apply from location B? Thanks in advance
I am on student visa & after including 15 points of study in Canada, my Crs score is 486. After 1 year experience (on PGWP) my score will be around 526. My NOC is 11100 (Chartered Accountant) & NOC 11101 (CFA) with 3 years Indian experience. My question is - should I pursue 2nd course or the above case mentioned will be enough after 1 year experience ? If yes, then how I stay longer in Canada once my PGWP is about to expire ? Thankyou in advance.
Hi Gursahib, my study will complete in December 2023 in BC, Vancouver. And I did +2 in India. Should I have to move to other province for my PR? And if I have to move then which province is the best option? Can you please tell me. It will be very helpful.
Agar as a international student study Ontario me karne ke baad province change karna ya wahan study karke vahin rehna same hai. Ya study bhi wahan hi karni hoti hai

Hey there, how are you doing? I hope everything is fine. I am a BBA graduate. I completed my graduation in india then i came to canada to pursue post graduation. Currently i am pursuing GBM at Mohawk. I know that when we have to apply for PR, We have to get our educational credentials evaluated through WES or other similar organizations as stated in the video. My Question is that can this whole process of degree evaluation be completed in Canada itself or i have to return to India in order to complete some formalities.
It is always recommended to get degree evaluated while you're in India. There are two reasons for that: 1. You'll be paying more if you apply from another Country 2. Indian universities often trouble you alot for small documention/ Transcripts 3. It is more feasible to follow up with your process in your home country. I got my evaluation done from India and the universities did take time and made me travel just for small updates and follow up.
@@sukritsehgal. yeah i got your point. I understand i can apply for wes sitting in canada but as per my knowledge, the college has to send transcripts to wes for evaluation sealed in a package. So i guess all this can't be done while being in canada, one has to return to the home country to gst this all done.
No. That is not the case. WES do accept email copies of your transcripts as well plus even if you've to send the copies through parcel, it is the sole responsibility of the university to send them directly to WES. It is mentioned on their website that you're parcel should come directly from your institution. You can't collect and send it on your own

Hi, I have my releaving letters, pay stubs, bank statement and Form 16 from from previous companies from India. Will those be sufficient as a proof of employment in Hone country.? Regards, Rohit
Hi, thanks for the video, very informative! I wanted to get some advice. I have been working on my programming skills for 5 years like from middle school. I graduated from high school this year and accepted a job offer (contract based) from a US based company. I have also applied for Canadian Study Permit and am just waiting for the approval now. I have chosen a program that is relevant to my career too and I'm sure I have the skills to thrive in the tech industry. Do you think it'll make my job easier to get PR in Canada? Is there anything else I should keep in mind? Also, I'll be going to Ontario province because of my family. There's another thing I'm confused about... by the time I leave for Canada this year I'll have 6 months of professional experience in Software Engineering but in my Study Permit application I have shown my status as unemployed. Will I be able to show this work experience later on? Also do I need to work in an Ontario based company only for PR? Will the experience I gather while in college not count?
In Canada, engineer is a regulated profession and requires 4-yr Bachelor degree in engineering. Do not call yourself an engineer. You should review the 24 prioritized STEM occupations by IRCC in 2023. If you work in one of these occupations, you will have a lower CRS cutoff for PR. Otherwise, need to find a province for easier PNP. Ontario PNP (OINP) is not good.
If you are studying in Canada and planning for PR and eventually Canadian citizenship, my advice for you is to study engineering (i.e. software engineer, computer engineer, or data engineer). Once you become Canadian, and work as an engineer, you can work in USA via TN-1 visa of USMCA agreement. Software developer and programmer are not in the 63 eligible occupations under USMCA agreement.
@@smwk2017 Thank you so much for the info! I suppose it would be more appropriate to call myself a Software Developer in that sense. Bear in mind these days Software Engineers are not necessarily degree holders, even in big tech companies. I have checked the 24 prioritized STEM occupations by IRCC in 2023, it includes "Software developers and programmers", 2021 NOC code 21232. / TEER 1. TEER 1 is defined as "Occupations that usually require a university degree" so a degree is not a hard requirement. Furthermore, TEER 1 has an example of "Software engineers" on the website so maybe that is an appropriate title too, even without a university degree! The wording does seem a little carefully played out here. For eligibility, I need at least 6 months of continuous full-time (or an equivalent of part-time) work experience in that specific field only in the past 3 years - be it Canada or abroad, which seems to imply that US-based company experience might do the job. Either way, thank you for the info - I'm more confident that this tech field will help me get PR without having to move to a different province because of this prioritized list of occupations.
@@ajaydhillon6051 I got an offer. The employer was impressed from my GitHub projects and the low level programming skills that I have already, which were perfect for the job I do now.
Which province is best to get fast PNP after 10+2(India) and 2 year Diploma (Mechanical engineering Technician from (Ontario). Can you suggest ? Because I want my study continue after getting PR.
Very good approach for yr subscribers,u r answering questions, appreciated. My son is in Alberta ,on PGWP, he is working as Associate in wall Mart since 4 months , can he go for PNP ??or Federal express entry ?
To qualify for Express Entry, he needs to work in a good qualify job in TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3. "65102 - Store shelf stockers, clerks and order fillers" is TEER 5 occupation and does not qualify for Express Entry. Each province's PNP is different. He should review his qualification for PNP in his province.
Sir please reply 😊 Question - Sir me abhi b.a. 2nd semester me hu or mujhe 2024 me canada me job chahiye. Mujhe kisi bhi Tarah canada shift hona he. Job ke liye canada me hi job Karni he to kitna Kharche aa jayega mujhe canada shift hone me Sir.
Sir I am an advocate in India. I have almost one year experience as an advocate. I am a double graduate. Coming to canada In December. I took admission in laws enforcement studies. How easy or hard will it be for me to get PR?
No commerce occupations are in the 82 prioritized occupations list announced by IRCC in 2023. You will need high CRS score (close to 500) or PNP for ITA. Ontario PNP is difficult as compared to other provinces.
@@PankajVerma-qv5cl If English is not your mother tongue, avoid anything to do with communications, HR, and marketing. I recommend studying Accounting and find a province for easier PNP. Avoid Ontario and Quebec.
