As an Indian born in Canada, these new immigrants really ruin our reputation. They are very rude workers as well. My parents worked really hard to settle down here 25 years ago. These new FOBs abuse the system and make us look bad even if we were born here.

Scam how? They are choosing second-grade colleges so that they can get away from attendance and study. In Canada, we have colleges like Humber, Centennial, Sheridan, George Brown. They avoid such colleges because their primary goal is not to study in Canada. Stop using victim card. Student recruitment in Punjab is scamming them, not Canada.

If you are an Indian student, if you don't have a masters from a Canadian university, you will not get PR or have a construction trade or Medical or Nursing degree, you are wasting your time in Canada

After checking a lot of videos on social media, I believe this could be majorly becoz of the international students specifically from region punjab in India. Even before I conclude or blame on anyone, lets get into the facts first. Who on earth will actually go ahead strike in another country for permanent residency irrespective of the reason? If you are on a study permit or a work permit , it does not give ANY RIGHT to DEMAND PR. If you are deserving you will be GIVEN but you cannot get it by FORCE, such as going on hunger strike, etc. Now such actions have repercussions like criticism from Canadian Citizens against the above mentioned. (students from punjab) One honest suggestion, when someone is commenting or showing disrespect towards you as in case of this person Ashish Bhatia, then it is better to keep calm and not engage in any altercation but mind your business.
Been living in Canada for 5 years.. only recently my wife has faced a couple of instances of unprovoked abuse.. Canadians weren't this bad.. thanks to inflation and externalization of blame
Stop showing off on roads. Its our people caused this situation, here in our small town these day people( came from ontario) are going around in cars honking , loud music , guns photo on cars . I am from india. i don't speak punjabi and who the fuck gave u right to come talk to me in punjabi , reply back in punjabi for question in english , stop it guys , if u cant speak English to basic level then you don't belong here.
Based on my understanding, not all provinces are participating, and providing the support letter will be completely up to each province. So, it does give some hope, but I think it will be difficult to get the extension. Best of luck!!

Have you looked at your own frigging immigration policy lately? There are two options for permanent residency in India: OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) and PIO (Persons of Indian Origin). In other words, it's RACIAL. Does the word hypocrite mean ANYTHING to you? You want to live in countries created by European people, pretend you're still in India, and take over what you did not create. We don't exist simply to improve your standard of living. Do that yourself in India. This isn't India, I'm not Indian, and I'm not interested in living like I'm in India. You can whine about racists all fucking day long. I don't care. Racist just means you're white and you won't let others take advantage of you.
Stop immigration then, but you know damn well no white politician, businessman, or government official actually gives af about white people, your own people will sell you out for more profit. European countries could easily prevent this, but they won't.
