I think what you say is perfectly correct. I dont think a person looked at my application . I applied for canada visa to accompany my son to university admission. My husband had more than sufficient funds and was ready to sponsor me. But my visa was summarily rejected without any valid reason. My son had to go all alone for his admissions for the first time to Canada. It was a very nerve wracking experience for him. Thank you IRCC for making this college milestone event a horrible experience for us. And no, we are not trying to settle down in your country or anything. Hoping i can make it at least to his graduation ceremony. I had booked flight, hotel everything and attached proof also.

I have one question, if the AI is looking at the application why the Online application work permit duration is on the rise than the offline duration. As it stands now the online work permit duration is 168 days compared to offline which is 86 days. We need some guidance here.

Hi Chaitanya. If you want to appeal a case, it needs to go to Federal court. Apply for judicial leave. It's all based in Canada, even if you are dealing with an overseas embassy.

my case is also same except the type of visa. I completed upfront medicals on 19th June 2023 and it got reflected in IRCC account on 15th of July(2 days ago). I completed my biometrics on 12th July 2023 and it got reflected in IRCC account on the same day. as the days are passing my tension is getting increased.
I got refused due to failure to submit NBI and marriage certificate well in fact upon checking all of these are included in my submission. It’s kinda weird why they did not see that. I submit a letter of explanation via webform. Am I going to receive a response? What should I do? I should not have been refused.

Hi Raza, My name is Hashim Raza. I have applied form a study permit for a PhD program with funding from University in the form Finanical aid and a scholarship that covers both tuition and cost of living. The application was submitted on 9 June 2023, my medical was updated on 28 July 2023. As of today, 17 September 2023, it has been three months since I have provided all the required documents and information. I have even submitted my deferred letter of admission for the next semester in Winter 2024 due to the delay in processing of my application for the Fall term. I have raised multiple webfoms and received feedback that my application is going through background investigation. I am from a high rejection country and I was worried that I might lose my scholarship due to the delay in application and the fact that I have already differed for one semester. Not really. India has > 60 % of Canadian visa approvals and it has > 80 % approval rate for SDS applications. Just make sure to have GIC and show enough funds for your duration of stay.
@@harshab6778 SDS applications get rejected all the time. This misconception of a "high rate of approval for SDS applications" is one of the most spread BS ever, thanks to these so-called "agents". I have seen several cases where even after applying under the SDS stream several times, people were refused but when they applied under the regular stream or non-SDS, they got their approvals that too in a reasonably short span of time. People were getting visas before the advent of the SDS stream and they still do. They only thing this disbelief has done is that it has increased processing times to months because no one wants to file under the regular stream anymore, making the process even more complex and time consuming. Also, you just made up those stats.

Hi Sir, my PGP application of 2021 was reviewed and VISA Officer sent me an assessment that my Sponsor (son) was not able to meet 1 year out of 3 years (2018, 2019, 2020) the Min Income Req for 2019 and is short of CAD$551 from required $69,422. I was given 30 days to respond to Visa Officer letter to provide add'l info on income req. My question is, are direct TIPS not declared in T4 be eligible? If not, would the shortfall of $551 which is so close to Min Income req. be a consideration for appeal?

Hi, I tried contacting you through the website but for some reason it didn’t go through. In any case, pls help me out. My study permit application was rejected twice. First on the grounds of insufficient funds and second cause they thought I wouldn’t return to India. When I reapplied, I fixed the financial aspect and made the GIC acc deposit and paid the tuition fee. However, the second time they rejected my application again and said that I wouldn’t return to India. My master’s degree starts in September 2022. Is there any way I can get my visa before then? If not, what should my course of action be? Please help!!
I applied IN Jan 2022 for Sept 2022 intake. Till now, have not received any update. Medicals passed and biometrics also done. Yours was rejected so early. I am surprised.

Hello, me and my husband applied Canada temporary visa ( visitor visa) but his gender incorrectly chosen as a Female, and we got biometric letter with his wrong gender with Female and he sent a webform to do correction his gender and we gave our fingerprints. But still his status is like this “ you have to give fingerprint” mine is ok, but my husband is not. What we do now? Should we withdraw our application because of this biometric issue ? As yıu know biometric letter is valid 30 days if they do not chagr his gender as a male, our application will be cancelled I think.
