I know someone who is a canadian citizen now and he initially entered with a visitors visa just like me in 2005....if you know what you are doing and you know the system, yes you can and likewise in the united states!!! It will take some years to adjust but yes you can do it in both countries...dont let anyone tell you that you cant...everything and anything is possible anywhere by any means necessary if you know what you are doing....i know people who were placed on deportation in the USA, they fought through thick and thin and they are citizens now...theres nothing God cant fix....i have seen and witnessed miracles in my life and in the life of others🙏

I've had those vloggers' videos suggested to me. I can tell just from the title of the video, the things that these vloggers are saying, that they are making impossible promises to people about how to ''sneak'' into Canada by bending the rules. It is so good that you're making videos which tell the truth, even if it isn't what some might want to hear. It's better that they hear the truth than die in the street. Asylum isn't something that can be applied for if the country that you came from is considered safe, so there were so many mistakes that this poor man made. If a person contacts the authorities in Canada to apply for asylum, and they ask him what country he came from, if the country from which he came is considered to be a safe country by the international determining factors, he will quite literally be laughed at, and will get no help. It's as you say, there are people who are making videos, saying things which are not true just to get views and subscribers, and the people who believe them are the ones who suffer and lose everything.

There is no reason for an employer to hire a visitor unless he can't find any locals (Canadians or PRs) to fill the job. The employer has to pay 1,000 CAD LMIA application fee and wait at least a month for LMIA approval. Most employers don't want the hassle.

Absolutely, this is true! Canadian law states that employers have to give the jobs to Canadians first, unless they can prove that they cannot fill that position with a Canadian.
