the late night dishes in the sink and going to clean them up in the morning routine i know it well. Dinner looked nice i bet it tasted different coz of being hand made.

カナダで餃子を作るって不思議な体験ですね。カタカナの「ツィ」のつもりで言った方が近くなる・・・そういう事もありますよね。英語だから英語っぽい音で言おうとすると、逆にそれっぽい音にならないとか。カタカナ発音の方が日本人には出しやすいっていう場合ももたまにはあるんでしょうね。

If you're going to learn the slang word 'artsy', you might as well go all the way and learn the full phrase, 'artsy fartsy'. :)

+Kazuko from Japan Close, Kaz, close! 'Okie Dokie' without an 'r' is the proper way of spelling the word. For that matter, genjii931, you only add the word 'fartsy' if you're not impressed by the thing you are referring to; otherwise, 'artsy' is used by itself as a term of genuine respect, although Kaz was admittedly gently teasing her boyfriend.
