We are also Canadian Citizens. We lived there for last 12 yrs. For last 1 yr we are living in USA for my husband's job. We miss Canada so much. We want to go back to Canada as soon as possible. You didn’t mention about OCI, Overseas citizen of India card. It’s like Indian resident card, using which, one could stay in India as long as he/she wants. The OCI holder could study and work in India 🇮🇳

Very informative video! One piece of information that I thought was missing here is that even after renouncing your Indian citizenship/passport, you are eligible to apply for the OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) card. This card allows you to live and work in India, indefinitely, if you choose to, while maintaining your foreign citizenship. The only disadvantage of OCI compared to Indian citizenship is: 1) OCI holders do not have the right to vote in India 2) OCI holders cannot purchase agricultural land 3) OCI holders cannot hold certain govt positions.
