I must say this is the best designed tiny house that I have seen thus far. The layout is perfect and no space was wasted. The home is well loved and everything a person might need it has. The storage shed was a brilliant idea.
This is one of my favorite tiny houses I have ever seen! It has everything a big house has and doesn’t even feel like a small space absolutely love this!

I love the fact you had a female builder who took into consideration all of your requirements. What a beautiful home, with awesome storage and practical access. Ok. I'm speechless. As you will note I'm not speechless 😂Well no I do have to say that you and your contractor worked beautifully together to create the most thought out additional things that a person just would not think of!! This is the best build. I never felt like i was in a tiny home. Your bedroom is so awesome . It looks like a regular home bedroom and that closet.. Oh Lordy . I love your love for animals and how you included their needs and extras in the building process . Your kitchen felt like a regular kitchen and not having uppers absolutely left it open and airy. It's absolutely a wonderful home that i could only dream of owning. The things that your contractor thought up made this the BEST ONE EVER... I have agoraphobia ( fear of leaving my home ) I'm 60.. I live in a bedroom in my daughters townhome. It's on the basement floor. I used white louvered doors to divide the room to make it appear as a big living room with a love seat and full size couch with hand built coffee and end tables. A huge tv stand . A small electric fireplace - black- no windows 🙁 but slider doors open to fenced in yard. The other side of louvered doors a single bed- make up table.. This all fits into a regular townhouse morning size room. I just know tiny living is for me because i run upstairs to make my plate.. See my grandkids then spend all my time in my little country decor room☺️ but my dream is a she shed made into my tiny living home ... You are a beautiful elegant lady. Love your sense of humor and your sense of style. Again the best BUILD I've ever seen and i constantly watch these tiny home videos . Thank you for having me over.. I enjoyed this tour so much ❤️

I've lost track of how many tiny house videos I've watched, but this is probably my favorite due to its charming decor and amazing & practical use of space. That extra foot of width is a game-changer.
I watch a ton of videos on tiny homes, van conversions, motorhomes, etc. and I have to say - WOW - this is without doubt, the most beautiful and functional tiny home I have seen. Your builder/designer has done a fabulous job - the use of space is wonderful. I can see why you're so proud of it. There's a few things that wouldn't work for me (crawl in closet - I have bad knees) but overall, a perfect design and I love the storage under the gooseneck. Congratulations and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy.
Okay... I’ve been following tiny house everything for about 5 years now and I have to say that I love your house the most! I’m from Ontario so it’s so nice to see more and more Canadian builds! It gives me hope that we in the great white north can have that lifestyle too. You’re so funny and charming and honest and it’s so inspiring! I would love to do this one day. I've easily seen 100 tiny homes, this is my favorite of all. Well thought out, don't have to go without, good looking, and still environmentally sustainable. 10/10⭐
Brilliantly well-thought-out house! It's lovely, it's practical, it's built around YOUR life (and not the other way around, as so many of these builds seem to be), and it's just all around fantastic. So many clever ideas, all the storage, the thinking ahead (stuff like not having to climb a ladder every night, being able to stand up to make your bed, giving yourself options with your toilet, the sink above the washer/dryer, everything!), and it's also welcoming, cozy, and just beautiful. I'm in awe and congratulate you on a simply superb home! Excellent job!
The design of your tiny home is spot-on with all the extra storage space an extra storage niches. I've never seen one design so well absolutely love your closets. My goal is to have a tiny house just need my husband on board😉
This is the best tiny house that I have ever seen, and I've watched a lot of tiny house tv shows! Both your kitchen and bedroom look like those in regular size houses. You should be proud of your bedside lamps. They are so clever.

Hi I’m a newbie and I love your tiny home. I know you’ve probably Answered these questions before but I want to know who built your home and if you don’t mind how much it cost? I love that you can stand up in your bedroom that’s a must I’m shorter than you at 5 feet 1 1/2 inches and I’ll be 56 in March so the bending over and crawling it’s not happening. I also love how your kitchen has no upper cabinets I’m too short to use them it’s a waste so I wanted to do some open shelving but have cabinets on the bottom like you have. Absolutely gorgeous!!! I just discovered your channel and I’m loving the way you narrate and explain everything. You sound so laid back and “real”. I’m not looking into moving to a tiny house. I have my own house and I can easily divide it to rent part of it and keep a small part for me and that’s my plan and why I’m decluttering. I do love looking at all the tiny home videos because it gives me so many cute ideas. I love your home and I absolutely love the kitchen. Everything looks so cozy!
I love, love, love your tiny house Serendipity! You’ve incorporated so many things I want/need and answered so many things I’ve had questions about. Your tiny house doesn’t seem tiny at all!!! I’ll be 67 soon and have health issues so an upstairs is something I need to avoid though but I could use it for an extra bedroom. I need to cut expenses. I really would prefer my own private lot so neighbors aren’t so close. But that’s more expense to run utilities, get permits, lawn care, property taxes, etc. Our lot rent for trailer courts isn’t that cheap. Plus there is no shade or privacy outdoors. I don’t know what our zoning codes are either for tiny houses. Anyway, if I could wiggle my nose I’d have one like yours set up tomorrow!!! ❤️❤️❤️
THIS! Your carpenter is an excellent craftsman. The match of your skirting and "shed" is perfection....it doesn't look like an "add-on" at all. Your tour has convinced me to use a goose-neck if I build a tiny on wheels. I'm still going back and forth between a trailer build and a foundation build. Loved your tour, loved your home. Thank you for showing us your house. It’s a brilliant design, and lets you live a real life. This is the first tiny house I’ve seen that accommodates the realities of a Canadian winter. It’s beautiful, comfortable, and feels very spacious. Wow - brilliant!
This is the best Tiny House I have seen.so far.. it seems like a misnomer to even call it a tiny house, because it has everything you would have in a regular size house.
To me a person who has lived in a skyscraper for over 45 years this tiny house would be ideal for me, that is after I declutter and rid my several closets of unneeded clothes and like you I would have to learn to duck my head as I am over 1.90 meters tall. Thanks for sharing.
This layout is amazing! I’m 62 and no way I can go crawling up ladders or tiny stairs. You have thought of everything! I’m 5’2” and shrinking so even easier for me to stand. You’ve done an amazing job with this, and your builder should really be commended. I would live in this so happily!
This is absolutely the best designed tiny house I’ve ever seen and I watch a lot of them. You thought of everything! It’s FANTASTIC!!! You also did an awesome job with your narration, some other I’ve watched do not always do a great job doing this and it’s annoying as hell. I just downsized to a garage apartment and I’m so happy here. I’m 65 and really enjoy the peaceful sanctuary I’ve put together and yours definitely displays the same thing. Serendipity is also one of my favorite words... it’s so appropriate for your home. Thx for sharing your beautiful home

Agree.....great layout. Only thing I'd change/kitchen is to have pull-out/rolling pantry instead of cupboard doors. Did anyone discuss that option with you? Oh yes....I'd do a trailer size tub/shower too! Totally prefer shower curtain over glass doors some people put in...I'd rather wash the liner occasionally or even throw out/buy new over the pain in the arse to keep glass clean.😉 Lastly, bravo! on putting shed under gooseneck...haven't seen anyone else do that before.
