Also to drink it properly, heat it up and get some dry salted chinese plum, great for winter - Erguotou comes in various types, the more pricey ones will go down a lot smoother and higher alcohol % - Maotai and Wuliangye should is something everyone should try at least once in their life... look forward to the brotherhood giving those a try

Try fermenting the sweet rice wine for over a month under room temperature. ( buy a new one and keep it unopened) you will get a stronger but more flavorful and more aroma desert wine.
